A fitness studio that offers a welcoming and inclusive environment for fitness, fun, and well-being.
We moved to Guelph 3 years back and knew absolutely no one here..Joining the studio two years ago was one of the best decisions that I made.. people here are so welcoming and supportive that I instantly became part of this family..its so much fun..
The studio organizes various events like Salad jar parties, healthy snack jar parties and many more events which bring the community members together.

We held our daughters 6th birthday at this spot as all she wanted was a “dance party”. The venue was great, close to pizza , subway and DQ for food/cake options. The instructor had a variety of fun dances to keep the kids engaged and having fun the whole time. They worked hard to make it a fun and comfortable space for the kids to just have fun and dance as much as they wanted. We were able to work through some different options with snacks and food provided. Highly recommend for any birthdays or parties for kids.

Morgan is an amazing free spirited yoga instructor with the most beautiful cozy studio around! I recommend this to anyone... she does more than just yoga! Check her out!!

I joined SIOS February 2023 and love everything about it, the classes, music and people. There’s a great atmosphere and Steph always brings her A game to energize us. Can’t say enough about how I feel after each class!

SIOS is the most amazing fitness studio and community of people! The classes are a blast and definitely get your heart pumping and put a smile on your face.

Fun and a motivating way to stay on track with your fitness goals. Reasonable fees. Instructors are knowledgable and skilled. Feels like your part of the community. So easy to make friends while getting in shape.

This place is for all experience levels Wethersfield you are new to zumba or a master, this place is for you. No judgement, no hate, no shaming.

Dear Zumba and Shake It Off Studio-- you are the warm groove on a cold day. You bring the party into the world without the booze or the pick-ups. Accepting every Body that comes into the space, you offer a safe zone for many women to wind their hips and feel all sexy while working off our steps for the day. Shake It Off Studio, especially, has a community vibe of fundraisers, believe in yourself quotes and friendly greetings in this day and age of disconnection. You have been one of my outlets for emotional and physical recovery in ways you will never know. Keep shaking and dancing in all the wonderful ways you do...

Community!!!!! If you are looking for a place that welcomes you in with open arms this is the place!!! Zumba is for everyone, every age, every size, every level. You have to try this place. I've been going for 9 months now and its changed my life (mentally and physically).

The best zumba class I had after three years looking for a good one. Lots of fun, great instructors and nice atmosphere. Love it!
