I have had a grateful and wonderful experience of knowing Sue Nash and Body Innovations for over 15 years years. Having to deal with chronic pain issues , Sue has been key in my continuing progress to optimum health. She gets it. Her wealth of knowledge and experience is what keeps me moving and at 70 plus that's a good thing .

Body Innovations is a wonderful Pilates class if you want to get fit and stay fit. I love Sue's reformer classes as they are small, maximum 6 people/class so you get personalized, individual attention. You get stronger the longer you attend without injury or major pain. The strengthening is a gradual process but very effective. There's also a warm friendly atmosphere in her studio where I've made many friends who are fun and supportive. It's like a family! I'm 73 and I've been going to Sue for 10 years now and will continue for many more. I can tell you her classes will help you to maintain your fitness well into your 80's and beyond if that is what you're interested in. I highly recommend her classes as they will change your life for the better.

Sue Nash is the best! With my focused training and her personal dedication to my strengthening and streatching I won the silver medal in my age group, 85 to 89, at the World Triathlon Championships in Montreal last June.

I was introduced to Sue through one of my business partners who spoke very highly of her. Upon learning of all the things she does, I was intrigued by the idea of some help stretching. I've always known how important stretching is, i just didn't know how to do it properly, so I didn't do it. I can already start to feel the difference a daily stretching routine is making and look forward to each visit where I will learn something new to help me feel better as the years wear on. It's a lot easier to look forward to doing something, when you know you are doing something well and productive. Sue really is the Chief of Feeling Better!

I am a physiotherapist with over 30 years of experience in the Guelph community.
