TNT is a fitness gem for those looking for a challenging workout in a fun and supportive environment. Everyone at the gym is encouraging, with Coach Dan applying the right mix of professional guidance and easy humour. A wide variety of experience levels show up at each class — seeing the discipline and effort of others is a contagious environment for motivating self-improvement. Boxing incorporates an obvious physical but also an intense mental aspect…the workouts at TNT inspire developing both.

I really enjoyed taking level 1 classes here over the summer there was a great atmosphere and welcome to newbies! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great workout or looking to learn a fun and challenging sport. Many thanks to coach Dan!

Just started at TNT Boxing a month ago and already I’ve learned so much from Coach Dan. You can’t beat the price for the amount of knowledge you acquire from this program! The classes are offered twice a day and for 3 days a week which works for every schedule. Classes range from 10 - 20 people a class but even when it’s filled Coach always pays attention to everyone, correcting and teaching the techniques. Whether you want to be a pro or just trying to get a workout this is the place to be!

Attending a walk in class its was fun but intense. Class is very well structured and the instructor is experienced and his guidance was really good. I was sweating hard at the end of the class, it was a great workout as well as an opportunity to learn boxing.

I can never keep interest in going to the gym, lifting the same old weights. This one is different its great. coach awesome funny and knowledgeable. people going in the class are helpful and welcoming aswell. Mentality of the whole place is we're a team and its great!

I absolutely love boxing at TNT. The coaches are top notch. I've worked with Dan DeSantis for almost a year, and he taught me so much. He is fun to work with. Also, the people coming to the gym are kind and respectful. Everyone tries to help each other become better.

Not only will you get a killer workout, you'll have so much fun! I started boxing several months ago at TNT and I haven't looked back. Boxing was new to me, so my experience is with the level 1 classes taught by Dan who is very knowledgeable and will help you reach your goals!

Great, welcoming place for people of all skill levels. Love the space, atmosphere, and coach. The coach does a great intro session with every new person, taking you through the basics, and it's satisfying to see yourself get better week by week.

Best gym in Guelph! Lots of training options, great coaches, and wonderful members. So much more fun than a regular gym! Give it a try - you won’t be disappointed.

My partner and I checked TNT out on a whim when we first moved to Guelph. We had never boxed before but wanted to try something new.
We are so glad we did. Our work schedules don’t allow us to attend as frequently as we would like, but whether you’re a regular, brand new, or on-and-off again, Dan provides the same level of coaching and encouragement. His classes are as fun as they are intense. His personable and knowledgeable approach to all members is the main reason we keep coming back.

Joined the gym knowing nothing about boxing but felt comfortable there right away. Everyone is welcoming, from coaches to other participants. Great place to learn and work out in. Coaches are great with beginners and make it a fun workout. Definitely would recommend!

I have been going to TNT on-and-off for close to five years now and I can say nothing but good things about the gym. The culture of the gym is fantastic, with none of the typical concerns that would come with a gym/fitness facility. The coaching is second to none; there is always something you can improve at and the coaches do a great job of drilling in the fundamentals at all times.
