I dropped in on an evening Yin Meditation class. I felt really fatigued before arriving, but the energy in that space practically instantly refreshed me and brought me to a place of easy and deep presence (in relation to my own practices).

Morgan (the owner) created a great sensory environment that gave my consciousness a new kind of meditation experience.

She was really comfortable with her class, great to chat with afterwards, and quite humble about the role she served as part of the Karma Yoga community.

If you're looking to surround yourself with a positive yoga vibe to support your journey, you may want to try a class!

I have been to 5 classes so far and I am loving it! I instantly felt comfortable on day one (thanks Morgan!), and was able to relax into the meditation part of the class. It's been hard for me to clear my head, and sitting most of the day at a desk is rough on my body. Yoga is helping me in so many ways. What a great community <3

I can't say enough about Morgan and Karma Yoga Studio. This is the best Yoga studio in Guelph. I have done many yoga sessions with other instructors but Morgan is a special person, very gifted and makes you feel so calm and relaxed after her sessions. She also provides helpful information at the beginning of her yoga practices. There are also special sessions that are given through out the month. Yoga in the park is especially amazing. I have also had the pleasure of having Reiki sessions with Morgan and had some Tarot readings. She was bang on with everything which was very shocking. She truly is one of a kind and a very special person.

Morgan is a wonderful calm person. She has so much experience and knowledge. Her classes are wonderful. The studio is immaculately clean and set up beautifully. It's like taking a deep calming breath when you go into the Studio even before the class begins.

I have had the most amazing experiences with Morgan's Reiki sessions. Morgan is an extremely beautiful and kind soul and knows exactly how to make you feel comfortable. Morgan is incredibly gifted and from the moment you meet her you feel at home. Thank you Morgan for helping me heal my heart, my mind and my soul.

I can't say enough good things about this studio! When I moved back to Guelph I was in search of a yoga community that was accepting of all levels and abilities. Karma is that and more. Not only did I feel welcomed from my first class, Morgan provides inclusive, spiritual, and thoughtful instruction. It's also very affordable! I'm coming up on one year of practicing here and it's the reason I don't want to leave Guelph again.

I had done Hot Yoga on and off for years, but never tried any other kind of yoga. My first class with Morgan I absolutely loved it and signed up right away. It is a non-judging, non-comparing class. Morgan has so much experience, knowledge and amazing energy. Love the new studio and all the fun and interesting classes.

Great place for all levels of yogis... great ambiance, perfect sounding coach, calming music to help you focus on whatever you are in here.

I went in with my unrelaxed body and unenthusiastic mind after the class I have a relaxed body and happy mind. Just wanted Morgan (coach) to take control of my time with her and see did a good job!

Attended a Wim Hof workshop there last weekend and it was great. Nice open space, nicely decorated and clean. Fabulous washroom, everybody talked about it. My wife was there last night for a yoga class with Jess, lovely young woman. It's easy to find and there is ample parking.
