Carl is very professional and knowledgable about what we needed to remove pet urine, as well as treat our carpet to make it feel awesome again. We had a excellent experience with all of your staff and the work performed. If I recall correctly I spoke with Rachel to schedule my appointment and she was great. We had a large oily stain on our upholstery which we tried to clean ourselves and just made it worse. Carl and Tim came by and they were friendly, well informed on the product and procedure and truly did an excellent job. Thanks again to everyone and especially Carl and Tim!

Carl and Tim did a great job on cleaning a very dirty, heavily stained bedroom carpet in a student rental house. They were on time, professional and explained what could/couldnt be done so I could manage expectations. Some of the stains could not be fully removed as explained, but overall very pleased with the work. Would definitely used them again.

Carl was very professionally and helpful, he set my expectations at the start in regards to the stains in the carpet, but managed to get most of them out! I was also very satisfied with my choice to use Chem-dry when Carl showed us the color of the water after he cleaned the carpets 🤢. I also appreciated the in home area rug cleaning service. It was nice to have a couple options to choose from to get my area rug cleaned rather than only one expensive out of home option as I found when I was researching getting my area rug cleaned. Had my carpets cleaned in the whole house (~1100 sq/f). Carl did an amazing job, he was extremely friendly. He worked until 7:15 on a Friday night as I was moving in the very next day. Amazing workmanship, he even sent me before and after pictures. Keep up the great work.

Excellent excellent service!! They were able to reverse the damage I had done to my thick area rug (tried to wash it my self), and managed to get the moldy smell (that came from being wet for too long) out of the carpet. This was after HomeDepot had cleaned it for us without success. I appreciated that they gave me a heads up ahead of time of what to expect, but exceeded my expectation in the end. The area rug is good as new. Thank you!! I will be using your services moving forward.

The technicians were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and courteous and they explained the process along the way. Ours is an older carpet and we simply did not expect the excellent results they obtained. Although the carpets took longer to dry than we'd anticipated, particularly the stairs, we were impressed. Their process definitely seems superior to the standard carpet shampoo / extraction that most use. The fact that the carpet doesn't have a bunch of detergent dumped into it makes it stay cleaner longer. Will definitely have them back into our facilities again.

Carl and Jonathan were great. They inspected the stains on my sofa which is a cream colour. They explained about what stains may or may not come out so there were no surprises . They gave me options for selecting the package and price. They did a good job and I couldnt believe the dirt that was removed. The cleaning was long overdue! Thanks guys!
