Been going here for years and couldn’t be happier with the customer service and level
Of customer care. The owners take exceptional pride in their business and are always near by to assist if there are any issues. Thank you for such a wonderful space to do my laundry and thank you for your kindness!!

I have been coming here for a year and the inside is always tidy and clean. The owners are always around and coming in to check up to make sure everything is going well. They open promptly at 730 am which is key as I come do my sheets for work and need to depend on the hours being kept. They do a good job as well with following Covid protocols. There is a change machine and a bank machine and lots of free parking and is very close to downtown.

I have been going to this laundromat for a few years now. The owners are very nice, it's always clean and prices are comparable.
I have witnessed on more than one occasion the verbal abuse they have to tolerate all because they want people to take care of thy machines and that you bring your laundry in before you use the change machine. I don't
think that's to much to ask.

I have been going here for years now and have always had a great experience. It is clean, and management is always very kind and respectful. The owner goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable and is always there to help. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

It's tucked away on London st and inset behind a small parking lot. The convenience store and laundromat are owned by the same nice couple. It's clean and well maintained. The prices are low and it has a sink, change machine and soap dispenser as expected.

Great experience, Quiet , lots of small,medium,large washers available. Literally the only laundromat I have been to and not seen out of order signs lol very well maintained. 10/10

I recently started coming here after my washer broke. The owner guided me though the process. A very nice man. One of the cleanest laundromats in guelph. Machines are all relatively new and well maintained. Way cleaner than the one downtown.

The place is run by very nice couple.
It’s clean and efficient. Highl recommend for small RV travellers.

Great service and very kind owners. It was my first time looking for clothing cleaning services and I am glad I went to Zohra. Her and her husband were very welcoming and comforting of my situation. If you need stain removal services or matter of fact any clothing related issues go to Zohra she will guide you in the right direction. Will definitely be going back here. Zohra and Murad are both loving and caring people. Looking forward to doing business with them again. Definitely the BEST Laundromat business in Guelph.

My partner and I come once a week to drop off laundry. The service is great and the owners are incredibly reliable. The laundromat is always clean. Our sheets, etc., are always cleaned and folded nicely. I would highly recommend the wash and fold service here if you are pressed for time.

Very nice owners. Clean. Most machines working. Breezy. Prices are in line with other laundromats. I will definitely be back, as needed.

This was BY FAR the cleanest laundromat I've ever stepped foot in. The owner stopped in a few minutes after we arrived to make sure we were "all set". One of the coins from his machine was "too new" and he swapped it for us. Just overall very pleasant and helpful. Machines worked well. Highly recommend.

I brought all my wet laundry here after reading all the reviews. I had a bad experience at another laundry mat and had to bring my wet laundry to this place, because the washers weren't washing out the soap (I don't add very much). I won't be going there again!
M&M Laundromat is very clean and the machines are taken good care of. Once my clothes were done washing they smelled freshened up and very clean. The owner was very friendly and very helpful and checked in to make sure I was okay with everything. The owners work next door if anyone needs anything to. I definitely will be back.

Clean laundry. The machines are well equipped to clean all the stains. There's a machine to match how much ever clothes you have for laundry.
The owners are very kind and polite and will help you with any queries you may have. Fully satisfied and will definitely be coming back again.

If you’re familiar with using laundromat machinery you’ll appreciate their equipment. If you’re not familiar you’ll appreciate the family that owns the business and lives upstairs. They are very responsive in coming to your aid and are the happiest, friendliest folk you’ll ever meet. I highly recommend them.

Family run, welcoming place. I need regular wash & fold service for my rental linens, and they have been reasonably priced, kind, efficient, and thorough! They have been kind to me and my children whenver we visit. I will keep bringing my cloths back here!
