Flying Dutchman was recommended to me and they surpassed my expectations! We had 3 area rugs cleaned and the work was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Scott took the time to explain options for one rug that required repair. Terri did the cleaning and called to confirm my decision before going ahead with the repair. Alyssa was very helpful when I came to pick up the rugs. The rugs were ready in the time promised, the price was reasonable and we were thrilled with the results. Excellent experience overall!

Brought a couch cushion in that had some really bad water spots. They were able to answer questions about the cleaning process, provided a quote online, and had the cushion looking good as new with the cleaning and protector! Very happy with the result. Even though I only did one cushion, it does not look different from the rest of the couch (which was not stained) and actually overall my couch looks brand new! Great service and experience. I did bring the cushion into the store as this was more economical than having them come out to my house.

Flying Dutchman delivered! Thanks for such a great experience. The team had our rental unit complete with pet, and paint stains galore looking awesome. Very thorough walkthrough and explanation before and after the service. Buffed up the wood floors and did the tile and grout in the bathroom also. Definitely using these guys again.

Flying Dutchman called me immediately to give me a quote and were very quick with their responses to my questions. They were able to come within the week to clean my furniture. We have involved Flying Dutchman company in the upkeep of carpeting and upholstery at our home for over 35 years. They provided an excellent and thorough cleaning service. They helped us maintain white wool carpeting and Mexican pavers. Emergency spills and pet accidents were attended to quickly or advice was given. Flying Dutchman is our go to cleaning company.

We called the flying Dutchman on Saturday and they arrived on the following Monday. Talk about being prompt. When Wayne arrived, he then showed us problem areas, things to watch out for and a few cleaning techniques to help maintain our carpet down the road. We also found him to be very courteous, polite and professional. And to top it off, there price was very competitive ;) We would highly recommend The Flying Dutchman Cleaners for any of your cleaning needs.

I had a great experience with Flying Dutchman Cleaning Ltd. and recommend their services! They responded to my first email quickly and provided details about their services related to carpet cleaning. This was followed with a quote and available dates/times. The 2 employees that came to clean called to keep me updated on their time of arrival. Arrived when they said and began to quickly and efficiently clean my stairs and hallway carpet without much disruption. They shared tips and other services which was helpful as I may require these services in the near future.

I recently brought my living room area rug in to be cleaned (picture dog and toddler high traffic carpet). Their customer service over the phone and in person was excellent. They made sure to provide clear expectations for price, results and timing. I am now happily enjoying a very clean area rug! We had them come to stain guard our new furniture. The were great and used mats to protect our wood floors. They were thorough and detailed and now we have hired them to clean our carpets. Also, a special mention to the lady that answered the phone. Her smile comes through on the phone. She is helpful and very pleasant to talk to.

OH MY GOSH!!! Awesome company. My Persian rug was in bad shape.(I have a dog who loves the carpet). I didn't hold out much hope for it coming out this fabulous. They pick up and deliver also, price is great too. Wonderful job 👏 Flying Dutchman. I highly recommend this company. Loree

Excellent job cleaning my area carpets. Also, excellent, prompt service. I called them and asked if they could supply an under pad cut to size. They were very happy to do this and even delivered it to my home within 2 days. Excellent front office staff too- friendly and responsive, extra effort made to provide this product to me cut to size and delivered so quickly. I always use Flying Dutchman for my cleaning needs. I rate them 5 stars! Thanks everyone.

Amazing service! The woolen carpet looks like new. The technician was very nice, punctual and tidy and gave me a lot of advice on how to treat stains. Highly recommended!

Wayne was our cleaner and his knowledge of stain removal was impressive. He removed some dirt and soiling from our upholstery that I thought for sure was impossible. He made our 11 year old sectional sofa look like new. Our light coloured hall and stair carpet look fantastic as well. I highly recommend this company!!!!

Fantastic service, worth the money. A complete difference in our carpet & stairs, our carpets look like new again. With toddlers and pets our carpets had numerous stains , including nail polish spills. Every stain was lifted , and the nail polish stains lightened up drastically. We would definitely recommend this company for cleaning services & we’d use them again in the future.
