Bob's Towing

Have used this service 5 times with four different vehicles over the past 12 years from as far as Burlington to north Guelph. Always professional and courteous. Most recent was yesterday for my F150 on flatbed. Bob’s is affiliated with Hamilton Roadside Assistance, and Aiden with them was excellent. Grateful for this service.

Bob and his staff are amazing. I read google reviews here and find it difficult to believe any of negative ones. Bob is awesome. I wrecked my truck, had to work with that team to get some of my documents out of a vehicle in his impound lot, he immediately gave me access and helped me with everything else I needed. Thanks again for the great service and thank you personally Bob!

Bob's Towing provided exceptional and prompt service when I was stranded at the University of Guelph, in a random parking lot. Within 10 minutes of my call, they located me and offered quick, friendly assistance. I highly recommend their professional and efficient service.

First cold day of the year* Had a great experience, my moms car battery died, looked online on Facebook for a towing company as she does not have caa and found bobs towing! I explained to Kat (dispatcher) my moms situation as I don’t live in the area to help and she said not to worry we will be there in 10 minutes! Well they were and were able to help her get on her way. Thanks again guys!

I've had to deal with Bob's Towing twice lately. I can't say enough about how great they were both times. Thank you for getting to us so quickly on Tuesday! Stuck at the entrance of the medical building on Delhi with stripped gears! Don’t live in Guelph and this company was recommended to us by the Auto shop we found to deal with our situation. The Towing charges were extremely reasonable!

Jeremy was very polite and kind; loaded my truck onto the flatbed then took us to Double B. He was very reassuring and told us what they thought the problem could be. Just a Mom and her daughter totally out of their comfort zones. His help in this matter was very much appreciated!

Awesome service! Van wouldn't go into gear another company came out and gave me the runaround and said I needed a flatbed. Said he would have his flatbed driver call me (they didn't). Called Bob's towing, they had a truck out quick. Lifted the front end and re-connected a switch. Had me able to drive, 10min later, to my mechanic without even having to tow. Will use them again in the future.

They arrived when they said, I paid what was quoted, vehicle was delivered safely. What more could I ask for.

Today wasn't the best of days, bad luck all around. My daughter's 19th birthday and I lock the keys in the car. Thanks to Bob's towing, they got us back in. Not too long of a wait. The tow truck driver had the best sense of humor too...Thanks for the help and making us laugh.
