Comfort Inn Guelph

First time staying at this location and in Guelph. Staff was friendly, professional, and quick. The room was spacious with all amenities. Breakfast was worth getting up for. Great location that's easy to find. Will be coming back

A well-run motel located at a convenient location in Guelph. Everything worked in our room. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast is average motel fare, eggs, sausages, tea, coffee, cereal toast, with a very attentive host.

I was expecting comfort at the Comfort Inn, and comfort is what I got! The comfort I experienced was beyond any comfort I’ve experienced before. Pro tip, don’t get too excited about the comfort you’ll experience at the Comfort Inn because it will make you uncomfortable.

The room was great except for the mini fridge, it was so loud that I left the TV on to drown it out. I was only staying for one night so I will let that go. Lovely staff very helpful

I’m it even done my stay and felt I had to leave a review. I had to reschedule my stay very last min and they were friendly and accommodating, they did not charge me a fee for changing my booking the very day I was supposed to sign in. The hotel is a comfort Inn like all the others, the room is fine, it’s clean the pillows are soft the bath is big enough to soak in for the most part. The rooms have a fridge and microwave (more than I can say from a lot of places) the wifi is free as is the coffee and tea. All this is 3 star stuff, it’s expected, the reason I gave 5 stars is the customer service. The lady at the desk (same one who helped me on the phone when I rescheduled I think) was in a word delightful. You can tell when someone really wants to help, not just because it’s their job to. Next time I have to come to Guelph this will be where I stay.

Manthan went above and beyond, extremely nice guy and willing to go out of his way to help me more than his job required. Whatever he is paid he deserves a raise!

First off, I loved the fact that this hotel is dog friendly. It was also great to be on the ground floor with a patio door for convenience for taking my dog in and out. The room was clean, contemporary and well appointed with a microwave, fridge and coffee maker... all of which I used! The staff was pleasant and accommodating and the location was very convenient. I'd definately stay there again.

The service is second to none. Beds are so comfortable I didn't want to get up! We had a king suit with whirlpool tub. Cleanliness is perfect. My husband asked for directions to a nearby store and we were given easy instructions.
Love this hotel, can't wait to go back!

The rooms was immaculate. Very clean and my girlfriend and I felt very safe staying in it, especially considering these COVID times.

The staff was very accommodating and GREAT in general! Especially Tina, who served breakfast the next morning. She was very friendly and I could see her beaming smile through her mask :D!

Second time at Comfort Inn & definitely will stay again. Cleanliness to high standards and very comfortable beds. Small touches like offering to help with hygiene items you’ve forgotten and different consistency pillows make a difference. Staff is obliging and quick to help with problems. Plus a great complimentary breakfast!

This hotel is exactly what I hoped for. We stayed on the second floor facing the back and it was nice and quiet. Everything was clean and in good order. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful! I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a simple room to sleep and relax in.

My room was very nice, updated and comfortable. I had a great night sleep! The clerk was wonderfully helpful upon my arrival and helped me through a booking mistake that i had made when booking through expedia, which was completly my own fault. I was even late for breakfast and was made to feel very welcome even though the ladies were trying to get things cleaned up and put away. I had a great experience all around.

From the very beginning we arrived for a work trip and Sarah welcomed us into the establishment, provided outstanding service and checked us into our rooms without a second to spare.

Later in the evening she referred us to the local dining and entertainment in the area.

I stay at hotels often during my work trips and its usually the staff that make or break the experience.

If management gets a chance to read the reviews I highly recommend you continue to support sarah while sheis employed with you and she will help you grow your buisiness.

Enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this motel to anyone staying over in Guelph. The manager, Kapil, went out of his way to get me into a room with a soft bed. Great customer service. Above and beyond. Through the week I met many staff and found them all extremely accommodating and very friendly. Great room, better staff. Five Stars *****

Great place! Affordable! Would recommend! They accept cash/debit along with a deposit which is returned at check out.
Quiet, clean, nice decor. Nice quiet area. Great friendly accommodating staff. Very decent basic complimentary breakfast options! Shopping locations and restaurants nearby as well. We intend to stay here again in the near future.

Great Place, Very Modern and A lot more than I Expected!!

I stayed here for work. I looked around 2-3 days prior to visiting Guelph and dollar for dollar this place is your Best Bet!
The Staff are great, very helpful and "friendly" like experience. The breakfast is great, not your average continental. This Breakfast includes Hot eggs, and freshly made waffles that you make yourself. The parking is ample and free. Many amenities nearby. The Rooms are spacious and VERY clean. Towels smell and Feel fresh. Many new Updates, LCD TV's 40 inches or greater all thru out the Hotel, Free WIFI. You have to experience this place to really appreciate it. I Wouldn't consider any other place the next time I visit Guelph.

My wife and I visited Guelph for a wedding. We enjoyed our stay here, the hotel is very spacious, modern, and the breakfast was amazing. The location was perfect because the banquet hall was minutes away. We will definitely come back.
