Simple inelegant decor but very clean. Standard Chinese fare at very reasonable prices. A beautiful gray-haired Chinese lady gave me a complementary tea. For the buffet thing manchu wok sort of stuff. A pleasant atmosphere and great conversation with the hostess. They of course do delivery and they are running a $10 off on your first order. Was happy to find this place.

About 2 years ago, I had initially written a review citing my negative experience with Double Dragon, having been my first time ordering from there. Well, tonight we decided to give them another chance... and I'm glad we did. The older lady at the counter was one of the nicest people you'll ever want to meet. Offered me tea, and even gave me a few pieces of meat as a small snack while I waited for my order! She sure makes you feel welcome! The food itself was fantastic this time around. You really can't beat the portion sizes, especially at such great prices. Needless to say, my family and I were NOT disappointed tonight. I'll definitely be back!

We're very happy to have found this place! The food at Double Dragon is wonderful, and they offer great portion sizes at affordable rates. The customer service is friendly and generous, and you can tell they care about their customers.

I don't why they get a low rating. I work out of town and love my Chinese food twice a week. Best I've had in years...The buffet has so many choices. And super cheap. Everything I've eaten has been great. Thanks Double Dragon...Eating a big meal right now.....

For the price the food is amazing. Always hot. Staff is nice and tax is included in price so you only need dollars and quarters to pay. Sesame pork is the best

Tasty good, great service and they have a nice patio. Also, the doubles I heard are very good. I just could not have them because of dietary restrictions but those who are not GF should try them! They also have lots of great choices of mimosas. Never knew there were that many flavors!

Me and my friend go here at lunch almost every singe day around 11 right when the store opens the food is good especially when the store just opened and it’s very affordable for highschool students like me. The lady who served our food is super sweet and always packs our plates extra full! Highly Recommend to anyone who’s debating on visiting or not!! Pro tip: come in right when the store opens so the food will be really fresh!!

My very first visit here last night.

I had the Sesame Chicken and was VERY happy with my experience.

The lady at the counter was a friendly and kind individual. The food that I ordered online was ready in a very short period of time and tasted great.

The portions received were a great size and the cost was quite reasonable for the amount of food received.

I think I found a nice new spot to pick up a quick bite to take home for lunch.

I will definitely return.

Good place to fill up as an individual or for a family... The prices are good and family meal deal provides plenty for all.

Great place.... Great portions.... Awesome service the nicest lady works the front counter. She was concerned about my diet and gave me vegetables to even out my order. How awesome is that..... I will always be a customer of theirs. Thank you for caring

My bf and I love this Chinese takeout! They are family owned business. Walk in there’s $5 combo deals, we often call for delivery and they’d ask for our regular takeout from the past! Please support this! Very very good staff and place in Guelph!

Just ate there buffet for the first time and it was fantastic. 5 items for $6 and they load up the food. Wife and I spent $16 with tax and tip for two 5 item plates and two drinks and left with lots of food. The owner was fantastic, she came to talk to us to make sure everything was good, gave us samples of other items and was very nice to talk to. There menu is massive and the prices are almost to good to be true. We will be back regularly whenever we feel the need for Chinese food.

The food is awesome I have been buying for here for years, never been disappointed. I ordered in tonight, fast delivery and great service too.

This is now my new favourite Chinese food the quality of the food, the taste and the portion sizes are so worth the price

They had me at the customer service as we were waiting for 2 dinner for 4 the sweet lady that works there brought out 6 pieces of chicken for us and apologized that we were waiting for our food (it was less the 15 minutes )

Pleasantly surprised by the taste, quality, amount of food and price. We had DDfried rice, Cantonese chow mein, egg rolls, chicken balls, battered shrimp and spicy chunks of chicken. Everything was cooked nicely, not over done. We really enjoyed our meal!

The prices are so affordable and they are open pretty late everyday. Me and my boyfriend are always surprised about how heavy our take out order is when we pick it up, the portions are huge! The dishes are pretty authentic, and this is our fav Chinese resto in Guelph. Plus, I've never gotten sick from eating here, in case anyone was wondering. :)

I have seen different reviews of this place from good to bad. Personally I have never had a problem with this place and the food has always been fantastic. I love it! Especially love the price, can't beat it for the amount of food that you receive. You have to try this place!

Best Chinese food in Guelph. And the best prices. I'm not even kidding. Well... The takeout/buffet counter can get a touch stale, but only if you're there during off hours. You're good to go during lunch and dinner.

The best part is the delivery menu. It's incredible when it's made fresh. I've tried a ton of random stuff, and am rarely disappointed. The dinner for 4 combo has amazing value, as well. Highly recommended.
