Jerry replied quickly and communicated in good time. We had a large building to paint, his guys did a great job. They worked quick without disturbing the shipping company using the warehouse. Easy to work around, on time, good price. We got a great quality paint job and very comparative price compared to our other quotes. Highly recommend Jerry to anyone needing a larger warehouse or industrial building painted.

We have used Craven Maintainace anually for around 10 years. It is our experiance that his is a full service exterior contractor. As a business owner I require all contractors and sub contractors to provide proof of insurance and WSIB coverage. Jerry and his crew have always showed up and completed their work on time and as directed. We have used craven maintainaces services for painting, metal cladding and roofing and eavestrough.

Issues have been minimal, and corected in a timely manner. We will use their services angain and would recomend to others.

Jerry and his crew went above and beyond for the job we requested. They were very thorough, punctual, friendly and professional! 10/10 would recommend!

We now have to get our barn re-painted after Craven painted our barn and 16 months later it started to peel. I called and left several messages but he didn't have the courtesy to call back until I threatened to call Better Business Bureau etc. He then called back and said he would come have a look. That was months ago. We haven't seen him and he's back to not answering our calls. A lot of money IN CASH out the window. Stay away from this operation!!

We talked to the owner to get a repair done to a previous install in the spring. They confirmed they would and it would be a small job. Although it has a lifetime guarantee we did realize the repair would be a paid expense. We are now 6 months into trying to get someone to call us back WHICH INCLUDES talking to the answering service to confirm if they were even still in business. The product is great. The damage is wind related. The customer service is disgusting.

I had my barn painted two years ago by Gerry Craven . He was personable and diligent painting the barn. However the followup with problems from initial paint work was extremely difficult .
The painting started to peel right away on one side of the barn and it took me almost a year with constant followup to get him to do a repair. He did the repair after a year and a few months later it started to peel really badly again.
I have followed up with him for the last 3 months with text messages with pictures of the peeling paint and calls to his cell and messages with his office and I have not had the courtesy of a response to indicate how he intends that rectify the situation .
Out of frustration, I am writing this review to elicit some sort of response .

Craven painted our barns about 4 years ago. I was happy with the work at the time. However 2 years later the paint started to peel badly and I called Mr Craven. I left several messages complaining but he never had the courtesy to call back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OPERATION!!

Called them 3 times , said they would come out for a estimate , just wanted steel roof replaced ! I guess I will give my money to someone else !!👎👎
