Can't find a better place for downtown parking, there's always space on the 6th floor and it's a great view of downtown.

I love longboarding up and down this parkade it's four stories of go go go!

Went to watch a basketball game at the arena

It was free parking on a Sunday. I don't know if it's always like that

When I visited on a weekend it was almost completely empty and only $3 for the day. A good place to park to explore the cycling trails of Guelph and the G2G trail.

Parkade style parking in the downtown core. Close to trains, buses, taxis, Old Quebec Mall and more restaurants than most people have fingers.

Convenient parking location for the River Run Center. $5 for special event parking.

Great location, absolute terrible payment system. 99.9999% of ALL other pay parking in southwestern Ontario have machines you pay before getting in your car.

To pay at the only exit of the Parkade is ridiculous. I’ve been waiting 40mins to get out and have moved a whopping 4 car lengths.

At the very least have the tap working on the machine and someone at the exit to assist.

If there's an event going on good luck trying to get out. There was only one exit, and you have to pay at the exit. We spent 40 minutes idling waiting our turn to get out of the lot. We were better off parking a couple streets over and walking.

Absurdly expensive and the parking attendants don’t do anything, just stand around on their phones. Will never use again.

Was not there for an event, but got charged $5.50 instead of $3.00. And the FLO charging station was only putting out half power. And there were three people for the event parking essentially taking everyone's credit cards instead of just pushing the button and taking a ticket from the machine. Are these people even legit? Isn't this city parking? Were we scammed? Anyone could be out there with a interac machine! And no receipt was given that the parking machine would take. What if we couldn't get out? Not parking here ever again as there is FREE PARKING just around the corners and downtown for two hours.
