This parkade is great; I have to park often without a permit but the rates are decent and the staff are very nice and funny! Keep up the good work!

Good parking area,however late at night will find several homeless people that security has not removed, be careful.

City of Guelph needs to sort out this heap of chaos on Storm nights. Every week it is disorganized, kids huddled together instead of working, a very unhappy older lady walking around doing who knows what, and the best job, a person pressing the button to let people in. It shouldn't take 15 minutes to get into the parkade. This is not a one off. Every week it is disorganized nonsense.
