Just started parking here because of work. It's paid parking of course as you need a pass to tap in and out when you go to park. It's downtown so it's close to a lot of places

It's fine as a parking garage but it didn't work out as a space where a choir could socially distance and rehearse. There was too much street traffic noise.

The parking area itself is good, but the machine didn't actually give us our change when paying with a bill. The exit gate was also broken when we left.

My co-worker parked in the Parkade and we had both just finished our shift late (It was 12:30am at this point in time). As I was about to head out, I noticed he was having some trouble getting out of the Parkade.

The other exit was close while the North End's card payment was not working. It was a small $6 fee that my co-worker was willing to pay and all he wanted to do was go home. The screen said Credit card and Debit payments are unavailable while the card reader itself just says "please wait". We called for assistance.

My co-worker was trying to explain to the lady that he is not able to pay, as the both the tap reader wasn't working AND the pinpad kept saying "please wait". (He had already tried to insert multiple times) The lady proceeded to say along the lines of "I understand you don't want to pay the $6 fee but you have to try." By this point my co-worker and I were confused because he DID want to pay the $6 fee so that he could GO HOME after a long day of work.

I tried to explain to the lady that it's not that he doesn't want to pay and that he has tried to tap and insert his card and neither were working. Maybe my tone was loud but I was near the intercom mic and the lady proceeded to say "Ma'am, are you hollering at me?" My co-worker and I were bewildered by this point. I told her "no ma'am, I am not". My co-worker tries to insert and communication cuts off.

We call again, she proceeded to call By-Law and we can hear snippets of "Hi, there's a guy who doesn't want to pay a $6 fee for the parkade, can we get someone there to check it out?" By this point I was really upset and did not appreciate the fact that she made a poor assumption about my co-worker, as well as question why she would ask me about raising my voice while she was giving us such attitude. With By-Law closed for the night, she begrudgingly let my co-worker finally go home. What should've only take a couple minutes ended up being a 15-20 minute interaction. I understand if this has happened in the past but if the system is NOT working and someone wants to just leave and go home, don't make such blatant assumptions and LET THEM GO HOME.

Do not park here if you are an overnight guest. This parking lot is a horrible scam. They claim that it's free overnight and when you leave at 8:05 they try to charge you for an hour you weren't there. They are a complete scam and since some folks who live downtown are disabled its a mean scam. Not everyone can run to your parking garage that is never even full. The City of Guelph has become abusive of it's citizens and it's changed. I can't wait until I don't have to deal with the lack of commitment to everything here. This city used to be wonderful before downtown became only dollar signs to city hall.

We parked their Saturday and a guy in a construction vest and a lady were standing their 'helping' people exit using the machine. When tap did not work he took my husband's card and tried it himself. Then we had to use the pin reader. Suspicious. We call our bank to investigate. So sketchy!

Two elevator but one never works. Never clean in the 2 months I've used it. I've been approached by homeless, drunks, and crack heads. Now today I got in the elevator and found human feeces. Yet you want $165/month to off set maintenance.. doesnt seem right to me!

In and out traffic isn't one way, so huge backups occur if you park for an event. Also you have to pay at the exit, not at a machine before you go through, making the backup worse
