West Side Physiotherapy

West Side Physio has been a huge help in dealing with my sprained ankle! They always have availability for appointments that work within my schedule and are always so supportive and helpful. Everyone who works in the office is patient and kind. I would absolutely go back if I needed to in the future!

My experience has been great. Friendly professional staff that make a difference. Between treatments and home exercises I am returning to good health.

I have been going to West Side Physiotherapy for neck issues. The treatments help me maintain range of motion in my neck and keep me free from pain. I highly recommend Malcom Briggs and the office staff.

Malcolm is fantastic with providing you an exercise plan to strengthen your injured area. You’ll need to do the work but if you stay the course your injuries will recover! Emily and Sherry are also fantastic as admin and are helpful for scheduling or rebooking appointments.

I only come for the massage services, not the physio part. I highly recommend Jenn to EVERYONE!! She is fun to talk to and she is amazing at working out the kinks and knots in my neck/shoulders/back. I always walk out feeling 1000% better. 5☆☆☆☆☆

Having sustained serious injuries consisting of broken ribs, a broken shoulder, a broken collarbone and a concussion, physiotherapist and co-owner Andy Penner provided me with a detailed treatment program to assist me through the extensive healing process.

Through a personalized physiotherapy program, massage therapy and concussion management I am well on my way to a full recovery.

Andy has a great deal of knowledge and years of experience. He is both professional and extremely personable. Andy also has a vast variety of jokes that will always put a smile on your face and keep you laughing.

All the staff at Westside Physiotherapy, with honorable mention to Jen, my the massage therapist, Doris, a physiotherapist and Emily the office manager, they were always professional, courteous and friendly. Nothing more made my day than being greeted at the front desk by Emily who has a big smile and a great sense of humor.

My overall experience was extremely satisfying and I would highly recommend the clinic to anyone in need of any of the services their two clinics provide.

The Bad: I ended up with a wicked trimalleolar fracture at the beginning of Feb. 17. The Good: I found Malcolm at West Side Physiotherapy. He slowly (slow-good) brought the mess of my ankle back to life through target-selected exercises and massage. The Bad (again): He told me it would take a long time to get back to normal. The Good (again): I kept my appointments, did my exercises (took a break from physio due to work constraints) and then returned this past summer, where Andy has now added to my repertoire of exercises. I can now lunge, walk up and down the stairs without too much stress, and even paddle board without my son laughing at me. I am grateful to both Malcolm and Andy for their expertise and skill.

I would highly recommend going to West Side Phisothery. Staff is very friendly and caring. I have been going there for years. This time I went for Physio after my knee surgery, Andy was superb, helped out me a lot. I was very happy with his approach and knowledge. Thanks Andy...

Haven't needed physio for many years so I picked the closest one to where I live. I'm glad I picked WSP West Side Physio. Everyone from the reception desk (Emily) to (Amanda) my friendly Technician was more than I could ask for in expertise and personality. I had injured my back playing soccer so i went in to see Andy and Malcolm for treatment. When it came to sports injuries, they both seemed to be really up to date in not only their knowledge of the injuries, but the best form of treatment. That along with their recommended stretches to do daily, got me back on the field sooner than I thought it would. I would describe Andy and Malcolm's approach to be a long term fix rather than a 'feel good bandaid'- which is just what i needed. Thanks for all your help! I’ve been going to Andy Penner for physio for years and although I don’t need treatments that often, I am super impressed with his expertise and know that if something is wrong, he will know what to do to get me back on track. I went in recently and once again, he zoned right into the issue and with a little treatment and sound advice helped me with my recovery.

I was given the best of care by Doris but unfortunately my Paine was to intense even after the all the various treatments, I am due to hav a cortisone injection July 30th, thank you again Doris for your concern.

I have been coming here for years now for a variety of things and have always had a lot of success coming out of each appointment. They have a variety of helpful and punctual office staff. I would highly reccommend going there, no matter the circumstance.

Everyone at West Side is great. Andy fixed me up before after shoulder surgery and along with Massage Therapist Jenn is fixing me up again for lowe back pain. Highly recommend them both.
