Watson Park Apartments

Been here for over a year now and am loving it! Building is so clean and quiet for having so many pets here, management are great people, truly care. Love being able to see the protected green space outside your window too and being just enough out of the city centre that it's quieter here. Apartments are spacious and have great layout too! Love it here!

I have lived here for almost 4 years and cannot say enough great things about this place. The management team cares so much about the residents, and the building is always kept spotless. I would highly recommend it to anyone I know!

What an amazing place to call home! After my mom moved here, I knew I would follow suit, as I fell in love with the apartments as soon as I saw them! The on-site property management team are amazing people who go above and beyond for everyone. They are some of the nicest people I have ever met. The building is kept so clean, even visitors have mentioned how clean, fresh, and nice it is, just from being in the lobby. The lifestyle and atmosphere here make you feel so good and relaxed. The views are amazing and the apartments are spacious. I'm living my best life here!

I am beyond impressed with the level of care and consideration that has gone into all of the amazing amenities and services here! Management is always courteous and helpful, and very quick to respond to questions or concerns. Everything is immaculately clean and well looked after. The building is overall very quiet, and in a residential area with many places to safely walk around and just a short drive to nearby shopping. Everyone in in the hallways says hello and makes you feel welcome. I'm so happy I found this place! To all of the wonderful staff - keep up the incredible work!!

We have enjoyed living at 144 Watson Road North for the past year. Lovely amenities including a great walking trail just steps from your home. While all that is nice, what is even more important is the Property Management at this building. This couple Serena and Clint are second to none. Nothing is too much trouble for them and no matter how busy, they always greet you with a smile. They work from morning to night and it shows in the appearance of the building.

After having owned our own home for the past 30 years, downsizing and moving into an apartment was a brand new experience. We love it here. The apartment itself is beautifully appointed with lots of cupboard and closet space. In suite laundry is a great bonus.
The in house management is great! If we have any questions or concerns, they are immediately addressed by the friendly team in the front office.

Watson Park Apartments is GORGEOUS, certainly NOT your average apartment building. These are brand new suites elegantly and spaciously designed with tall ceilings, wood flooring (no parquet here!), and sparkling appliances - dishwasher included. Many suites, including mine, have a large island and bathroom (ladies, you WILL love the bathroom!!!). All have rich, dark panelling around the front doors, decent closet space in the bathroom and foyer, and plenty of cabinetry in the kitchen for all your culinary needs (or storage - it's up to you!). The bedrooms have a lovely walk-in closet (some units have two!) with ample shelving space and poles to hang your clothes. AND - my favourite interior feature next to the island! - there is a washer and dryer in every unit!! No more lugging dirty clothes or trudging back and forth to the laundry room. Here I wash and dry in the comfort of my suite, just as I would in a condo. It's great!

On the exterior, you will note the beautiful terrace complete with stylish seating, fire pit, and barbecue, just perfect for entertaining! Another social space, both indoor and outdoor, is on the rooftop, offering stunning views wherever the eye is cast! The suites have balconies, as most apartment buildings do, but not all have views like this one. Mine is part residential, part conservation, or so it feels because Watson Park Apartments is partially surrounded by rural area. It is its own oasis in a way, blessed with the double ambiance of country and suburban convenience. After a hard day at work, it is an absolute pleasure to come home, sit on the balcony or by the window, and enjoy the verdant vegetation spread beyond. Very calming indeed!

This is just a great place to live! The design and amenities are top-notch, and the management is wonderful, very kind and helpful; it is always a pleasure to see them. Truly, I have not been the easiest prospective tenant to engage. I brimmed with questions from my first tour around the model suite to the moment I moved in, and in every instance my questions were answered and concerns resolved. Can't ask for better management than that!

Altogether, I am thrilled to be here and will not be leaving in a hurry. Come and see for yourself! Chances are, you won't be disappointed.

Lovely apartments for rent in great area of Guelph. Newly built and spacious rooms, tenants are quite and don’t have any issues with loud neighbours! Highly recommended !!!! This was our first time renting in a building and it’s been great.

Fantastic apartment complex to live in. Building management are great, answering all queries promptly and in a friendly manner. Nice parks and walking trails in the area. Short drive to Downtown Guelph. Highly recommend!
