I was referred to Christine by a retired realtor I had used many times over the years. I was concerned that putting a rental property on the market with tenants in the fall of 2022 was not the best time with the declining real estate market and tenants. The house was listed, it sold over the asking price and Christine navigated through the tenant process resulting in them leaving prior to closing. She was always available and for any issues, cleaning, removing junk etc she was more than obliging having that taken care of making it easier on me. I would recommend you to at least speak with her if you are thinking of selling.

I worked with Christine to both buy and sell a house after she had been recommended to me by another agent in a different city. This process has never moved as quickly as it did this time with deadlines and multiple offers but despite this, I never felt stressed as Christine was always right on top of things and helped me make quick decisions. I believe she went above and beyond by not only helping me to stage my old home including loaning me a couple of her own things, but she was also right there to arrange cleaners when I got into the new house that was left in a mess including a fridge full of food that was not emptied.

Christine helped us sell our townhouse in February of this year. She provided excellent recommendations for things to fix/change within our home to ensure that it would appeal to all audiences. We did all of the recommendations she provided and what a difference these small things can make, for example she suggested we change the hard wear on our kitchen cabinets from gold to silver, it made the kitchen look new and modern!
