Working with Anita was a amazing, stress free, and seamless process. She talked with us extensively taking the time to understand exactly what were were looking for. Whenever something came on to the market, we were the first to know! Once we found the perfect place (The River Mill and River House condos are amazing...check out the views!) she helped us with everything. The offer process was straight forward and although it took some time and effort on her part, we secured the condo for a great price!!
After that, She helped me stage and list my old place (at the Mill Lofts in St Patrick's Ward) on the market. By the time she was finished I almost didn't want to sell! Thankfully she was able to find a great buyer and I received a very good price for my previous condo. Such a great process.
The new Tricar condo checks all our boxes. I know the sunset on the balcony is great, but now going out is easy! We can now walk right down McDonnell St for dinner at one of Guelph's great local pubs, or spend the night out at a Storm OHL game! Catching a show or performance at the River Run Center is a breeze as its right around the corner. She found us a spot right in the heart of Guelph. We can't wait to take the train to Toronto for the weekend as that is also just steps away.

In November 2022, we were provided Anita’s name by a top Agent in the Brantford area. I reached out to Anita and was immediately impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. Anita has a great amount of insight into the Guelph, Elora and Fergus area.
Anita was always very prompt on getting back to me with viewings and any questions that I had. When we looked at a house that we were interested in, her high level of knowledge became very apparent. Anita was very up to date regarding the structure of houses, high end appliances, internal workings of the house HVAC system and numerous upgrades within the house. She was also very familiar and informative with respect to neighbourhoods and services in the area.

I sold my condo in 2022 with Anita and I was very happy with the outcome. Anita and her team were very professional throughout the entire process. My wife and I have recently purchased a property in the Hamilton Drive / Cross creek neighbourhood of Guelph. The whole process was successful and I wanted to share our experience and recommend readers to our realtor Anita VAN ROOTSELAAR. We first met Anita during our son’s house purchase some five plus years ago. We were very impressed with Anita’s dedication to finding the right property and her negotiation skills during the offer stage. Following that experience we decided to ask Anita to help us with our house search.
We knew this was going to be a difficult search as we explained the requirements and desires for our new home. Anita listened and understood that this could take quite some time to find. But Anita knew what our requirements were and after only a nine months search we found the right property. However there was just a couple of item not quite right and she completely understood when we said no to proceeding.
