Swan moving has helped my family move twice in the past few years. I have young children, making a move stressful. Thanks to Swan, the day of stress was minimal! I highly recommend using them for your next move. See reasons below for my recommendation:
1. Setting up the move was easy and professional.
2. Movers arrived on time and completed the move incredibly quickly given how much care they take with items being moved (e.g. wrapping fragile items).
3. Movers making sure items were placed in correct location.
4. Price is reasonable for the service being provided.
5. Moving is hard work and they make it look easy!

Dave, Tex and Spencer had the unenviable job of moving me from my big house to my tiny townhouse today. These guys were amazing. Nine and a half hours of slogging my stuff and they were conscientious, courteous and very respectful. They were methodical, efficient and even cheerful! I have used Swan movers three times now and I would never consider another company because this company is the best. Thank you!!

This was the third time our family has used Swan Moving & Storage over the years and again they did not disappoint. We were having renovations done, so we needed packing, moving out, storage, and moving back in services. Their staff from start to finish were friendly, worked efficiently, and carefully. The quote was accurate and we had no hidden surprises. The packers pointed out items of concern, so we were aware of potential issues. Any furniture that needed to be disassembled was reassembled upon coming back. Definitely would recommend and will use again when the time comes.

I had an excellent experience with Swan. I did their online form, someone got back to me straight away, answered my questions, and we booked. It was seamless. The guys were friendly, quick, and professional. They estimated correctly and I was so pleased. I’d be happy to use Swan again.

We had a great experience with Swan in moving from Guelph to Ottawa. They helped with packing of some china and other items for 3 hours the day before the move, otherwise we did all the packing. Great crew, very positive and experienced, it all went seamlessly. We thought it was good value and well done.

It’s been the third time I used Swan. The first was in 2003 when our family moved from a townhouse to a detached house, the second was in 2018 when I separated and moved out to a house, and this time in 2023 was to downsize and moved to an apartment.
I called them only and arranged the moving date since I knew Swan was professional and responsive and there was no hidden cost.
I was so happy with Swan both the office people and the movers as usual and I appreciated that they finished moving just after lunch.

Swan Moving made our move from Guelph to Toronto as easy as possible. They gave us a very accurate quote, and prior to the move, answered all of our questions. On the day of, the movers arrived promptly and worked very efficiently. The movers themselves were very kind and easy to work with.

Swan stored our furniture and boxes for two nights. Swan only charges for storage at $100 per night. They do not charge for two moves which other companies do.

Two days after loading the truck, they brought all of our stuff to the final destination in Toronto. They were on time and worked very quickly to move all of our stuff where it ought to go. Again, they were very easy to work with.

Overall, we would recommend Swan to anybody moving.

Swan Moving did a great job looking after our move. Ron visited our home and estimated the price. No issues at all. Ron, Dan & Marcus unloaded in the rain with no complaints. Move went exactly as it should have and we would not hesitate to use them again.

I hired Swan Moving for a cross-town move within Waterloo, and they made the experience so much less stressful and so much more pleasant! The three movers were so friendly, kind, and willing to go the extra mile. They showed a lot of care toward making sure possession and furniture were packed securely, and checked several times near the end of the move to see if any furniture or boxes needed to be repositioned or moved around. They also gave advice on how to make sure the more delicate flooring in the new place doesn't get scratched.

I was so impressed with their service, and would absolutely hire them again in the future.

Our experience with Swan was exceptional. We had a team of three. From the moment they arrived, they were extremely professional, efficient and responsive. The estimate was precise, the timing was completely accurate and it was extremely good value. Beyond the professionalism, I would use the old fashioned term of "gentlemen" to describe this team. They got along well with each other, were very kind to my partner and I and made a big move very calm. I cannot recommend this moving group highly enough.

Swan Moving did a great job looking after our family move. Communications were very detailed. They visited our home to preview items going to our next home. Provided a detailed list and cost estimate. Arrived on-time. No complaints at all.

We are so grateful to Swan Moving and Storage for making a really stressful time much more manageable. We didn't have access to our new house for several weeks so they assisted with packing and moving and taking our belongings into storage, and then three weeks later, unloading at our new home. Swan Moving did an amazing job with my semi-complicated move. There was definitely some Tetris required, along with multiple pick-up and drop-off locations; and the movers who ran our move took it in stride. They were phenomenal and all very friendly and professional. They took very high care in ensuring our stuff was handled with the utmost care and consideration. Very happy to have had Swan to move my furniture last weekend. Booking the job was easy and with very friendly staff. Received a call the morning before to confirm the time and the team arrived with the truck right on schedule! The guys put a great deal of care into moving everything, particularly some glass display cases I had, and they were super personable and professional. Overall I am really happy with my experience and am happy to recommend others to choose Swan for your next move.

From the time the three men showed up at our door we found them to be professional, worked quickly to get the job done in less time than quoted and treating all furniture and belongings with extreme care.
