Bought my Argon 18 bike in March 2023 after a few visits where the staff helped me pick the bike for my needs and budget, and adjust it to my size upon purchase. Always friendly and knowledgeable for follow-up visits to get accessories and maintenance equipment as well!

This is a top cycle shop with excellent and professional service! Bought a great gravel bike here and I was lucky enough to have the owner (who is a fantastic person and world class athlete!) help me and give me great guidance and tips. They have everything you need and all of the staff are extremely kind, down to earth and know there stuff. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

What wonderful service! As everyone who has tried to buy a bike recently knows, all bike shops have limited inventory and manufacturers are struggling to get bikes into those shops. The Staff at CGR helped me order an Argon 18 Dark Matter in the winter so I could have it for an event I was planning on ridding in August. Shipping and production delays due to COVID made it so that my bike was looking like it wouldn't arrive in time but both the shop staff and the team at Argon 18 worked hard to get me the bike just in time for my event. During this process the shop made sure to keep me informed as to the progress of my delivery and were great at answering my email and chat messages. I will be back for my next bike. Best mechanical job. Ever.
Brought my Cannondale SuperSix Evo HiMod on Sram Red for a tuneup. After discussing the matter with their mechanics, we agreed on the medium package.
48 hours later, they did every single tweak the bike needed: changed the chain, a spoke, the bottom bracket, the cables and a few other things, and aligned the wheels.
The bike feels like a Stradivarius, with incredible handling and feel, like a brand new bike.
I can't recommend the place enough.

BEST BIKE SHOP IN MONTREAL!
I just moved to Montreal and since I've been her I've been to 4 different places to bring my bike for whatever reason, I've been treated so badly at those other places from the staff / management that was so taken back by how friendly they were and had answers to my questions. I live on the other side of the city and will go completely out of my way to come here because the service is so good, I will forever be loyal to this store and always speak highly of it. Customer care is 10 outta 10.

Bought a bike back in February. The sales guy gave me the info I needed and not pushing for a sale. Also, got some deals with the accessories. Finally, went for position adjustment when the bike was ready.
