Very fair services and advice. I spoke to Larry when I dropped my bike off, Sacha when I picked it up and someone else when I called the store.

All three employees were friendly, bilingual, and helpful.

I came in for a tire puncture repair and small tune up on my old, rusty, winter mountain bike.

The job was done fast, there was no unnecessary upsell, and Sacha even went out of their way to fix/align my mud guards.

I also purchased a new saddle at a fair price because my old one was ripped to shreds and full of water.

My partner has also been to the shop for a service on their road bike, and to have accessories fitted. They were treated much the same. We definitely found our new local bike mechanic. Thanks!

I only have good things to say about IBIKE and his crew, professional, honest and friendly!

Long story short im new into road/gravel biking, i bought my first bike from a company and brought it to ibike for adjustment out of the box sort of thing, they actually found a defect in the frame enough so it was not ideal to ride the bike, lucky enough the company sent me a new bike and Josh and his crew was super cool and kept the defect bike so i could swap with the new one instead of going back and forth!

Again thanks to Josh and the crew at IBIKE, great service, great price, this place will be my go to!

Got a bike fit done by Jimmy here, and he made sure, even with his calculations, that I was comfortable on my bike. Also the techs here a very careful with their work, and value safety first.

I never post any reviews, but this bike shop is amazing! It is a small shop so you may need to wait a while if you arrive unannouced like I do, but it's worth the wait. The staff is really nice and they treat you like an actual human who just want a good working bike, compared to some other places who see you like a wallet on wheels.

These guys are great. Seriously. Friendly, helpful, accommodating, and most importantly, highly competent. I came in with messed up gears after winter storage and they fixed the problem in 10 minutes. No waiting, no inflated bill. Highly recommend.

Went this morning ! Just had to fix a basket on my bike and the staff were so nice, explained everything and fixed it themselves. My friend goes there everytime because the service is amazing. Thank you so much :)

These guys came through! My bike chain broke on my Felt IA2 just a block away and they fixed it, also going above and beyond with some problems with my derailleur, on the spot and I was back on my training ride in no time. Thanks guys. Highly recommend

Very nice, young and dynamic team! My bike problems were a bit tricky so I had to bring it back but the guys were super patient, fixed my bike and charged me only once and for a reasonable price! I can only recommend this shop. Thank you!

These dudes are great. They took time to explain my frame options and what would be best for my use in the city. Took back the bike for a tune up a month later, they changed a faulty free-wheel for free. Good vibes, excellent service.

Incredible store. High quality bikes and great service. Their selection of Cinelli frames is crazy. Loved the customer service and the guys are all super cool. Fixed my bike and even had a chat for a few minutes. Very knowledgeable as well. Can be a little expensive, but go big or go home. Only top quality here, keep it up!

The people are kind and the shop is aesthetically pleasing. Will go back when I need more help with my bike.

Go to these folks every spring, they work fast and I (barring unforeseen incidents on the road) have never had to take it back mid season again. (Also costs me less than a single metro pass for just the tune-up that lasts me from April to mid/end of November).

The customer service of this place is absolutely amazing. They know what they are doing, they are kind while doing it teaching you so you can be autonomous, and they are fast! I absolutely recommend this shop to anyone who needs it. I’ll be a returning costumer for sure!

I got my bikes fixed twice this year. I am very happy with their abilities to find parts for my 2 old steel bikes. The rates are very reasonable. Typical "bike nerds" staff which is often a good sign.

We had an excellent sales experience at Vélo iBike. Even though COVID-19 measures in place, the salesperson took the time to explain different options with no sales pressure whatsoever. While there was not a huge selection, he was very knowledgeable about their product and we ended up purchasing 2 bikes here. Hopefully our service experience will be as good!

Excellent service, walkin repair shop. These guys are accommodating and friendly. I walked in twice and received the repairs I needed on the fly.
