I thoroughly enjoyed my visits to this establishment; the ambiance was lovely, and the service was excellent. The stores exude luxury and sophistication, creating a delightful shopping experience. The Holt Café is a particular highlight, offering delicious food and beverages. Don't forget to inquire about their seasonal discounts from the staff; they often feature promotions on new items or those from the latest collection, which I find to be a fantastic perk.

This establishment offers VIP and private shopping services, adding an exclusive touch to the experience. However, it's worth noting that outside, a corner of the street often attracts young kids and photographers who wait for customers, drawn by the sight of fancy cars. For convenience, there's both outdoor and indoor parking available. Indoor parking carries a fee of $25 for non-cardholders, but you can obtain a parking card for free by reaching a certain annual spending threshold.

I stayed at the Four Seasons and after becoming addicted to the BYREDO Gypsy Water products, I decided to pop by the Holt Renfrew Ogilvy, which is conveniently attached to the hotel.

I had the privilege of having Melissa Cote as my BYREDO associate. She’s probably hands down one of the most genuine and kindest people I’ve ever met. She was not only knowledgeable and thorough in all the products; but she was also so poetic and incredible at storytelling for each perfume. Her passion and talent was palpable.

What was meant to be a short trip to pick up a perfume transformed into a fun and engaging journey into finding my signature scents. She was incredibly patient as I picked out a handful of potential contenders (spoiler alert: I picked Bal D’afrique and Rose of No Man’s Land).

If there’s a shopping equivalent to the Michelin star, Melissa should be the first recipient of the accolade!

Went for a simple shirt. A bit confusing at first on your first visit and some staff appear stand-offish. However, we received the most amazing Service from Miguel when buying items. He broke every preconceived idea of luxury store service. Plus we got the most hospitable welcome from Mateo at the Cafe afterwards. His colleague the hostess was awfully cold and transactional (even jaded) but he made up for it 10 fold.
I will admit that service was always offered in English first (even the menus) but everyone speaks both and they will switch over. It feels like “old money” and the service is above and beyond. Hence I get that they are used to responding in English to most of their customer base.

High end designer store, Fendi, LV, Gucci, Chanel. Tons of bags and shoes, probably more then clothes, nice jewelry and watch options too. The personal we interacted with were all very nice and helpful. There's a cafe as well and it's attached to the Four seasons hotel, so you can walk into their bar. It's not a loud chaotic store, nice relaxed vibe

Aurelie at the Dior store was amazing! She presented so many fun facts about the brand. Being positive and smiley created a great experience.

It should be quite nice, once they finish the renovations. Visited the downstairs perfume/cosmetics sections today, and they have so many brands: Diptyque, Lancôme, Jo Malone.. etc. I particularly enjoyed the service of Lucie at Lancôme Ogilvy, very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional service from her, highly recommended.

Rhea was outstanding today! My favourite experience I’ve had shopping at holt renfrew Montreal! So charming, patient, full of personality! Will ask for her everytime!!!! Thank you for being so great Rhea!!

Went with my friend for a little shopping and desserts for my birthday! Such a nice store - very luxurious. A really great restaurant too, very cozy with lots of good desserts to choose from! I recommand!

It's very easy to get carried away amidst all of the luxury this store has to offer. Louis Vuitton, Hermes, Prada, and Burberry all under one roof.

Luc in the sunglasses department is an absolute gem of a sales person. Too bad the store doesn’t give him the tools necessary to make more sales… He should be promoted considering no other sales associates offer service to their clients the way he does.

Visited the Louis Vuitton store. Staff were amazing, very friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant. Fine quality items. Felt appreciated.

Bought a couple gifts today. The women at Jo Malone we’re so nice and wrapped my wife’s perfume in a beautiful heart shaped box with imitation rose petals and a flower inside. Gorgeous!!! A beautiful store overall. Good bilingual staff .

If you can't find what you are looking for here, it doesn't exist! So many designer options to choose from that I was giggling as I viewed each new item my eyes were taking in! I went looking for a winter coat for Atlanta where I live and really wanted a trench coat. I couldn't resist the one from Burberry and I'm excited to know that it has the Queen Elizabeth stamp on it. So special since it was the day after she passed away that I purchased this coat so one of the last times you could buy with one this very special seal from this very special lady.

This is the best Holt Renfrew in Canada. The layout is perfect as everything is so easy to find. I love the way the boutiques all line up one after the other. Service is great, everyone is very helpful and kind. Highly recommend shopping at this location if you are looking for good service.

Excellent customer support and fashionable brand names. One of the best shops in  Montreal.

Very large fragrances departement, located în the basement of the Ogilvy building, very well illuminated, where you can find every major international fragrance company like Chanel, Tom Ford or Creed. The surprize was that the whole space of the floor was dividend în booths and every one of the booths was filled with products from one company. So if you visit Chanel booth for example, you can choose only Chanel products, and you will have a representative only for yourself. The one from Chanel for example was very professional, know his job very well, and don't hesitate to do efforts in order to satisfy the client. Thank you for your time.

I am beyond impressed with the people who work in Tiffany and especially the lady. She remembers my orders even though I visit her maybe once a year or more. It's rare to find a customer service the way she does it
