Prices were great, almost everything was at least 30% off, and a wide variety of clothes + shoes to choose from. Also, there was not much wait to get into the store, because the line only took about 5m to get past. Overall a great experience!

Keep in mind that this is the outlet and is accessible to many people as it’s in St. Laurent so things get bought out very fast especially kids section! For kids, that’s based on luck if you are looking for something very specific. I went in today with a general idea of what I wanted and was very happy with the purchase. Selection is good, bright colours are limited but prices are great! I can’t comment on on other shoes but flex and free run were plenty and great. There is limited 1/2 sizes. This places is always packed, it’s normal. Boxes around cause people are trying on shoes and just leaving them there but I have watched the staff today and they were all working hard; cleaning the boxes, answering questions and serving customers, etc. Everyone was moving. You can imagine when a shoe costs $55 example how many people would be there. Clean, well organized and great staff

Nice atmosphere in the store. The staff i interacted with were Very helpful . One of them ( a young lady) made some suggestions that helped me find the product I was looking for and buy it. I would definitely suggest the store to my friends and come back myself. Keep the excellent customer service up. !!

Great staff and they honored the incorrect price (item was on the wrong hanger) which I thought was amazing of them to do! And theirs always someone around to help if you do have any questions.

I'm not one to write reviews mainly - however the customer service from the store manager (Tina), was simply outstanding. I had a quality issue with a pair of shoes, and initially it was Ebony who I spoke with on the phone, and she told me to bring the shoes in which had an issue. Tina was super fast in taking care of my issues. The real question is - why go anywhere else?
