Very cool experience with amazing views. There wasn't a long wait to go on the gondolas, and there are a variety of trails you can take while you are on top. There is a restaurant, gift shop and restroom at the top as well. I did like the fact you could ride the gondolas, either private or shared.
It can get hot and windy, so be prepared. I highly recommend wearing closed toe shoes and bringing water.

Order your tickets online before heading there. They are cheaper and once you get there you just line up for the gondola and go. We went on the Sunday of May long. It was very busy. Took a little while to get parked but they have great parking attendants helping out. Once parked we got in line for the gondola which went very quickly. Had a great time. Suspension bridge was very cool. We did the short 20 minute hike, it was super easy for us beginners.

Wow! Absolutely amazing views that you can’t beat anywhere else. Tons of hiking trails for all levels of hikers. You could literally spend all day up there. We ate lunch above the clouds. Such an amazing g experience you don’t want to miss.

Majestic! The weather was great and scenery was breathtaking. There are plenty of seats to enjoy the vast view of snow mountains, sparkling lakes, and dense forest. The gondola ride was one of smoothest rides I’ve been on despite the wind. Speaking of wind, it wasn’t actually that windy or cold at the top.

Very nice views from the top. The actual gondola ride is about 10 minutes. Your ears will pop. We arrived at 11am and it was impossible to get a parking so we had to go one exit further to the Chief and walk 10 minutes back along a thin sliver of highway shoulder for about 1 minute. Last year when we arrived around 10am it was much better for parking.

There is a relatively easy walk near the main bridge at the top.

There is a cafeteria and gift shop. Food is pricey but expected given it’s the only place at the top of a mountain.

We came last year as well. It’s still very nice doing it back to back years.

In my opinion, this place is the most breathtaking in Vancouver. I couldn't find any other place more attractive than this place. There are some different views from different spots. The cable car way is very long and super interesting.
Don't miss it if you visit Vancouver.

Good spot for hiking and enjoying the moment with family!
It is better to download the app before you take gondola!
Parking fees can be paid by phone or information desk.
The price of the gift store is much higher....

We got lucky with a gorgeous blue bird day in May. Visibility was unlimited on a Thursday morning and not too crowded. I could see it getting quite busy at peak times and might be less enjoyable. So worth the price of admission though. Lots of hiking options at the top too! Food at the cafe was excellent

Yes! If you aren't to afraid of heights. My wife nearly had a stroke but the kids and I absolutely loved it!

I would say that the Sea to Sky Gondola is a must-visit attraction. The gondola ride itself offers stunning breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and ocean, providing a memorable experience for both kids and adults. At the top, there are numerous family-friendly activities to enjoy, such as hiking trails, a suspension bridge (this was pretty stinking cool), and a viewing platform. The gondola's Summit Lodge also has a restaurant and gift shop, making it a great spot to just chill and enjoy the view. Overall, the Sea to Sky Gondola is a fantastic family-friendly attraction that offers breathtaking views and memorable experiences for all ages.

We saw a gap in the weather and seized on the chance to ride the Gondola to the top without really knowing what to expect! We were lucky to find a fairly quiet observation deck and suspension bridges! The views from the top were excellent. The weather was changeable and I was certainly underdressed for early spring! But was a highlight of my trip to the area! The weather wasn't the best so we were able to walk up for tickets and be seated in a Gondola within 5 minutes. The team were all super friendly!

A friend recommended this place and I was amazed. The gondola is a good 10 minute ride up and it goes really high. You can’t even see the top from the parking lot, maybe this was due to the clouds and snow. We reached the top and it was completely full of snow, it’s a winter wonderland up there.

It has really well groomed trails and it’s easy to follow. You can hike, snowshoe and ski.

My husband, myself, and 2 year old thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I'm not one for heights, but still found it to be enjoyable. We took the gondola to the top (which seemed like it was never coming), walked the suspension bridge, shopped the gift shop at the top, and went back down. We had other things planned for the day, so we didn't stay and explore the trails or kids' playground. It's a bit expensive but would totally recommend for the experience at least once! P.s. it's a bit terrifying when windy. For reference, we went the 1st week of May

On June 8, 2024, we visited the location. The weather was delightful, and we had purchased discounted tickets for around $40 online in advance. We arrived at 4 pm and enjoyed our time there, feeling mesmerized by the experience once again.

Great views! I loved that the gondola felt stable. It was foggy when we went up and there was a bit of wet snow. But then the sun showed up afterwards and it was a bright ride going down.

Here’s a great activity for any day of the week. Either just enjoy the view or experience some of the wonderful hikes. Not into hiking enjoy the picturesque views and a hot chocolate. Get a seasons pass - not only do you get free rides after hiking but parking is free for members.

Excellent scenery on this ride. Costs about $72 for one adult plus parking. You need the parknpay app which is annoying to download. Thankfully you can pay for parking at the ticket office. Also includes the Skypilot suspension bridge which is great. Cafe at the top is reasonable and there are plenty of lookout areas and walking trails if you are into that.

Totally worth the price.

The gondola views are amazing, there are some hiking trails with multiple lookout points and a food court where you can have a coffee or a beer while you watch the mountains.
