We visit this store when in the Mall to check on our collectible and favorite authors. If they don't have what you are looking for - they will order in for you and call you when in. Good service.

Was on the hunt for a popular book that was sold out in a lot of other places, so I was pleasantly surprised when their website showed plenty of copies in stock at the little Coles Willowbrook location. The book was even on sale too, which was a bonus :) The staff were super friendly and efficient.

After a futile search for a book online (order not shipped) I called this store and they had it and put it on hold so I could pick it up. Great and friendly staff. Three cheers to them.

Good range of books, service is good once you get to the till. A bit tricky navigating the aisles with a toddler in tow.
