I had forgotten to renew my car insurance and called the office right after they had shut down for the day. I was lucky enough to have someone answer my call and even better the agent helped me renew my insurance over the phone in less than 5minutes. Great experience and once again thank you for the help!

Well, My experience I will say was good. They are taking good precaution during this period (Covid 19 pandemic). The staff I met was friendly and very helpful. Social distancing was maintained. I got my insurance renewed without stress. It's a great place

Friendly staff, the normal expected service from an autoplan! The good thing is they are open during the weekend. It wasn't crowded and I hadn't to wait. On top of that the guy working there gave me some valuable advice about submitting claims.
