I have been with HUB for years for my insurance and have never been disappointed! Even have experienced a claim which they have handled flawlessly! CHELSEY WILLIAMS; our go to rep, even when we’re assigned a new rep she’s always so position when we call her and she helps us with whatever questions or any needs we have without hesitation and her follow through is amazing. As a business owner myself it’s very hard to find reliable and people that really give their best work and for the years that we have been with HUB she’s the rep anyone wants to deal with she’s just amazing. Another payment for another year; longtime relationships with HUB only have formed because of the truly exceptional service from their employee Chelsey. I won’t deal with anyone else she just has been exceptional. Thank you HUB, and thank you Chelsey!

I've been getting my insurance renewed, addresses changed, through car changes and all that... from home, within minutes, without any passwords or any hassle... just sending a quick email or a quick call if needed. Once I was able to connect with Monica, she was extremely helpful and professional. However, prior to that, I had called the main number twice, and spent more than 30 minutes waiting on each call before giving up. The call back feature is only helpful if you don't have anything else to do.

When it is renewal again Alicia no longer work there. My new agent was friendly and reconfirm my previous information and updated new option and quote. Am happy with my service. My icbc pre-quote renewal price was higher. Lucky, I didn't catch the expired date and missed entry and it was worth not accept it. Got a better deal with this one.

Rawan, the agent who assisted, was very efficient and helpful. We managed to renew our car insurance in minutes over the phone and email. She answered all the optional questions. i just renewed auto insurance on 2 cars with Sharagim at HUB. i have been dealing with him for years. in the old days he would meet me at my office. now we do it all with email and the phone. he is prompt, courteous, knowledgeable. Sharagim makes it very easy to renew. Can't wait until next year.......
