Balanced Books Accounting Svc

Last spring I Tried to get my aunt and uncle's final taxes done here after they passed away. Told him it wasn't a rush. July rolls around and I go to see if the taxes are complete...
They haven't started yet. I was told to come back next week and they would be ready.
August rolls around I go in and I'm told next week for sure.
September rolls around STILL NOT DONE!
I tell him let's get this done...I've been waiting since spring!! I tell him to get on it I'll be back in a month.
In January I go in and still hasn't touched a thing!
I took my tax folder and left!

The office of balanced books is a total mess!! Papers stacked everywhere on the floors, on the desks, lining the walls.
A total cluster bomb.

The only balanced books I've seen at this place.... Are the mess of stacked papers that line the floors and walls.
