Perfect spot to go with pals for a hot Turkey sandwich and the service is top notch!

This place has some of the best fish and chips I have ever had!!! There is nothing fancy about this place, it is just an old fashioned down home restaurant with amazing food!!!! I would give it 10 stars if it was possible!!!! Wish I had taken pictures of my food.....but it looked so good that I couldn't resist and dug right in!!!!

Was my first time there. I had a club and fries. It looked perfect ( and filling) ..... Yeah it was definitely stuff when I finish that but then they had this cookie thing at the counter and some other sweets also..... Well I got the cookie thing.and lemmie tellya.... That wasn't a macaroon like I thought .. it was freaking amazing... I would have said it was amazing without the cookie though.

Crystal, pleasant and professional, served generous and tasty comfy foods. If you are in Windsor area drop by a great reasonable price meal and wish her a happy birthday by enjoying an entrée and a scrumptious butter tart! 😀

Friendly staff a quick service. Great spot to grab a home cooked meal. Lots of parking and just off the highway.

Very unassuming place. Small town restaurant. Family owned and run. Locals know each other here. Great food at exceptional price. I’d go again.

We had a wonderful dinner at The Crossroads Restaurant in Windsor, Nova Scotia tonight. Our server, Tracy, was pleasent and friendly. Very sweet. We had the special, hot hamburger with mashed potatoes, carrots and gravy. I definitely recommend dining here. The meal was served fast and everything was hot and delicious. A great home cooked meal. Very nice atmosphere to enjoy a nice meal.

I am fairly new to Windsor and as a senior and a widow I found this place close and homemade and priced for me. The service is always the best and they serve breakfast all day. Today I came in and the waitress was super friendly and accommodated me with my requests as I am super fussy. I love coming here and when I have company I always take them here.

I was picking up an order for someone and went online to get phone number and price. Was totally shocked when I got the order as it was a lot more. When questioned she said that’s the price. One piece fish and chips 12.49 where as the online price was 8.89. Would be good to update when changes are made

Nice little restaurant staff go out of their way to ensure you're satisfied. Food was great.

my son took me here for lunch today. the fish and chips were really good, and, coming from a newfoundlander, that's high praise. i really liked the atmosphere and thought the games to play while waiting was a nice touch. the service was a little show but I'm guessing they were short staffed. Employees were super nice. the only thing i found a little odd was that the vinegar i asked for came in a little bowl. never seen that before but it was fine. sorry, my shift key isn't working.

We vacation in the area annually, we always find our way back to the Crossroads restaurant. For the good food, great service (Loraine remembers my mothers "usual breakfast" even after a year of absence) and that welcome home feeling. The baked goods and pies are awesome! Give it a try!

Excellent food, excellent service, quaint location! Keep up the great work guys! Jenna our server today was such a beautiful and sweet soul. She was very gracious and kind to my elderly mother and super nice! She is an excellent waitress and deserves accolades! Definitely returning soon!

Great food and decent prices. Cute and cosy atmosphere. Staff was awesome. Great selection of home cooked meals. Fantastic find. Will definitely return when in the area.

Food was great, as was the service. The bathroom was a bit funky but the rest of the restaurant was great.

Delicious homestyle food. We had the club sandwich, grilled cheese and fries. Everything was very tasty. We ate it on the way home from ski martock.

Note to the owner, you should advertise to people going to the ski resort. Maybe offer a coupon or something to draw them. The food here is much better than they have in the cafeteria or going to McDonald's and not much more expensive.

Our visit on Sunday the food was amazing! The clubhouse sandwich with sweet potato fries served with a curry mayo and homestyle cheeseburger with fried onions were flavourful and fresh. The onion rings are out of this world! We'd drive the distance to have the seasoned fries in the poutine again too. Quaint decor, large windows with light pouring in, and watching a light snow falling definitely added to the feel of a homestyle restaurant. It was a lovely visit.

The carrot cake was moist and delicious. (Not cream cheese icing, but worth it). Ask about the Cuban Lunch Candies!!!!! We thought they were macaroons and delightfully surprised.

"Old fashioned" cooking and food at a reasonable price. Definitely a popular spot of your old favorite meals. Everything fresh, delicious and served with a smile.
