Tax 2000

I've gotten my taxed prepared here for the last several years. As a single Mom they find me the best way to claim expenses to get the best return I can get. I had an 'accountant' before and every time she did my taxes I would get a re-assessment done by Revenue Canada; since using Tax 2000 my taxes are done right the first time.

Gave us a time to come back after registering, did that told us 45 mins. Came back in 30 waited 5 minutes and they called us ,well set up

Had my taxes done here for years with no problems. I drive a truck for a living now and they told me that I cannot claim my meals unless I am Long Haul which is not correct. I told them that every one that I know that drives the same route I do claim their meals. So this year I opted to take my taxes elsewhere

Personal experience was poor. The woman who i met with avoided questions, didnt look at me when she was speaking, very unprofessional experience. Asked owner if he was a certified accountant and he said that was irrelivant for doing taxes. I left. If i could leave zero stars i would.
