Awesome place to eat! Spacious, great customer service, tasty food and good price! Will come back to this place again.

Fun atmosphere, great food and the Thursday night deal was great. Came from out of town and needed a place to eat after 8pm and stumbled across Jungle Jim’s. Apps were awesome and the monster grill plate was perfect.

Highly recommend the steak and ribs. Wings were only ok, hot wings were sweet for some reason but overall was very happy with the meal and service.

Right from the entry we we were greeted by a friendly hostess and taken to our seats. Our waitress (Jody) was fantastic and such a pleasure to have at our table. Her warmth and positive attitude really helps you to enjoy the environment! Our food was piping hot and very delicious. I had the quesadilla, another in our party had the Philly cheesesteak, and another had the bbq bacon cheddar burger. All meals were beyond tasty and there was so much food that we all left with (over)full tummies!

Fantastic job everyone! We will be back for sure!

Update: Popped over for a bite this past weekend (Sept 4, 2021). Food was great and the wait staff was super friendly (despite some crabby customers trying to bully their way to a table in an already full house). I had the Philly Cheesesteak this time, and husband had the NY Striploin steak. Both meals were fantastic and they made about the best daquiri I have ever had! So good it tasted like another! 😉

This is a must try place I cannot believe how good all the food was the service was amazing the kitchen sink was amazing you need to try this place

Pretty good food, nice waiters and waitresses, took a little bit to get our order in but I’d assume it’s too give the customers time to order so not really trying to complain there, good family restaurant.

If you’re going there with a family that also has young kids then please try and sit away from the bar (there are places to sit where you don’t even notice it).

Other than that pretty good place 8.5/10

My wife and I stopped in at Jungle Jims in New Glasgow on our way home from Halifax for lunch, which we try to do as often as possible. Our server greeted us with a smile and was very friendly and professional. The food was fantastic as usual. I highly recommend stopping in for a meal if you get the chance. There is definitely something on the menu for everyone. We look forward to our next visit!

The lunch specials are great, good portions for the prices. The service is always excellent and fast. Sign up to their email list online and get a $15 credit to use on your birthday week.

Our server Morgan was fantastic! We asked to switch to another area of the restaurant after our drinks were served (some children behind us were kicking their seats repeatedly). She didnt miss a beat. We took our drinks and went to the new table. She promptly served our meals and fresh cutlery with a smile! The food was great. Service was fast. It was both mine and my youngest sons birthday, and they brought him out a complimentary dessert, and sang to him. It made his whole day! :)

I missed going to Jungle Jim's when Truro location closed. We were in New Glasgow so we decided to go.
The food was great, a little higher priced, service was good. Lots of parking, wheelchair access.

We all had steaks. They were perfect! Our server was amazing. Definitely will visit again!

Fantastic restaurant for the price. Large variety of food that has never disappointed yet. Burgers and flavourful, chicken burgers do NOT skimp on portion size and are always juicy, the baked taquitos and potato skins are great for appetizers. It's always quick service and never a large bill. Right now on Wednesdays they have 9 wings for $6.99 and a variety of appetizers and drinks for about 1/2 price. Great way to try 4 or 5 different things for cheap. Easily voted the most underrated restaurant in my opinion.

Awesome experience ! Delicious food ... lots to choose from. Great menu choices. Prices were fair. Atmosphere was great and relaxing. Service was top notch.. friendly and welcoming. Very professional staff. Would go there again in a heartbeat. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

Very clean, very welcoming, very covid safe, welcoming and efficient staff...best most authentic burrito my hubby has had since leaving Texas he ate the whole thing, my amazing huge burger was cooked perfect and tasted great. My sons huge nacho plate was empty and wiped clean grandson's face was covered in sauce after eating a 12 piece of according to him best chicken wings ever..... great experience will definitely return 👍

Great place to eat the food was amazing the waitress Shaneice should be the head waitress she knows how to treat ppl and treats em with respect very professional the cooks did an amazing job with the food my wings were awesome loved the house dressing too. Actually took some home cause i loved it so much. The cooks should stay out back where they be long thou instead of coming out front trying to figure stuff out that's the waitress job. Other then that one of the waitress kept leaning on the table when ordering which is super unprofessional. Other then the poor mangement with a great staff I had great food great service.Awesome place to eat will be back for sure great people. The cooks and the waitresses are A1

Our server was amazing! The food was absolutely delicious! I had the Chicken Fajita bowl with Mexican Rice. It was so much I had to take half of it home! Loved the Calamari and the appetizer plate. Will definitely be back!

I came here on Saturday to celebrate losing 11 pounds on my second week and I ordered the bathroom sink. The chick fajitas were delicious. The mozzarella stick was cheesy. The fries were on point and the onion rings week crunchy the way I like it. And their sweet n sour sauce was awesome. Had a Pepsi and was stuffed afterwards. I definitely recommend this place. Also the staff was very friendly.

Really cool place with a very fun vibe. Food was really good. Stopped randomly when we saw it on the map as we passed. Very glad we stopped in.
