What a delight to have a bite to eat in Pictou's lovely waterfront, late in September. Food is tasty, the owner is gregarious and there's a great beach to kayak from before or after eating.

Lots of free parking and plenty of outdoor tables to dine at.

Great value for money with big portions and great taste. Abdul is very friendly and serves quality with a smile. We ordered the Shawarma Rice with salad and Sheesh Kabab, rice with salad! Totally delicious 😋 highly recommended.

Glad I stopped by here on my road trip after hopping off the ferry from PEI. This local shop is authentic and has delicious food. We got a chicken shawarma plate and it was fresh and food was crispy. The taste was delicious. Would recommend!

We were on a long road trip and craving some excellent fresh food and boy did this place deliver. The expression on this gentleman's face matches my thoughts. The Falafel was well served and one of the best I've had and the Fish and Chips set the new standard for us.

An out of the way but we’ll worth the find. The food and company was an experience. The owners are extremely friendly and downtown to earth. Like going to your family’s for dinner.

Stopped here as part of a roadtrip. Incredibly good quality at fair prices. Immaculate taste. True authentic Syrian Lebanese cuisine. Wonderful owners too.

Homemade falafels - some of the best I've had. Definitely not box falafels or dry. Love the rice and sauces. Cute family.

My husband has the chicken schwarma wrap and I had the babaghanousj ( roasted egg plant dip) and pita bread. Our son had a hotdog. The food is absolutely delicious and fresh and tasty!! It is a must stop for a visit when in Pictou County!!

If your in Pictou you must stop in and buy the tasty food from here. The owner is very friendly and hospitable. I was very impressed and pleased to stop in for a bit to eat here at Alladin.

The food here is fresh and delicious! Large portions served with a warm friendly smile and great fun conversation with the owners. I love sitting at the colorful picnic tables overlooking the harbour. Nothing like ocean breezes, delish food and great conversation. Thank you! I will be back.

We had Falafel wraps, very tasty, nice flavour and texture. We also ordered a pita and hummus. Both excellent. Hummus has a touch of lemon zest which was nice.
Will repeat on way back to PEI ferry.

Had a quick lunch here while in Pictou. Family-run business with delicious food. Nice spot for takeout with tables right on the water.

Truly delicious food! This is an excellent gem in this small town. Closest we’ve come in a long time to the food we used to get in Qatar. The hummus is a must, as is the falafel! The owner is also extremely nice.

Alladin was amazing! I had read about them and made sure in my first visit to Pictou to find them. We had the Falafel Plate and it was delicious, and fresh. My husband regretted ordering one plate for us to share, because we wanted more. My kids had the burger and hot dog and thought it was really really good. But it wasn't just the food, the family is so welcoming and friendly, between the food, the service, I can't wait to go back again. If you come to Pictou, you have to stop here!

Had a great experience here! The food was delicious and they warmed the pita over the food as it cooked, the pita absorbed some of the flavours. The hot sauce was tasty without being too spicy. Will definitely come back again!

Excellent food and the owner is super nice and generous too! My wife and I visited for the first time in our way back from Cape Breton and saw this authentic Syrian place we stopped there for a late lunch and the view was stunning and the food made it even better. We had the falafel sandwiches that were very flavourful (he added two extra on the side for us to try without bread) and filling and finished it up with the baklava! The baklava was very authentic and topped with honey! He gave us an extra which was nice! Thank you for the great experience. Tarek

The Best Arabic Shawarma we ate today. Tasty, big in size, yummy rice, green salad in one box with very reasonable price. Will go there again with my kids.
The shining star kid sitting on the counter also helped me how to book a trip with a boat company.
The lady who prepared the food was also so kind and made everything fresh.

Delicious food!! Wonderful owners made sure to accommodate our gluten-free dietary restrictions. Both my daughter and I are celiac and they were very careful and made sure there was no cross contamination. Thank you all so much for the wonderful food and amazing experience!!
