Pictou County Cycle & Repair Service

Stopped in to get my bike repaired and I felt so welcomed. The staff here are by far the kindest people I’ve ever met, especially the owner Clint who assisted me and walked through all my many options and the process. Everyone is so knowledgeable and I felt secure in my decision to come here.
I was welcome to either come back in short amount of time or to hang out and check out the inventory. They have tons of bikes and all the gear for someone who enjoys riding. I felt almost like I was hanging out with friends,
I highly recommend this place and will be coming back again for sure!

Bought my first Trek Marlin 5 from Pictou County Cycle and the staff was awesome. They are very knowledgeable and the owner goes above and beyond for his customers. I can honestly say that this will be the place I buy 90% of my gear from no matter what. They make you feel like part of the community and have no problem sharing tips and tricks to help maintain your new bike. Best experience I've had in a bike shop by far.

I have seen this shop grow from a tiny hole in the wall on Provost street to their current home on Westville Road.
The staff members who work there, don't just fix and sell bikes and fitness equipment, they are also active in the building of the local community.
Never before have I seen a small business with such a big heart.
Worth the drive from away, and worth stopping in just to talk bikes or check out the many cool things in the store.
If you are looking for honest sales people who will go out of their way to keep you coming back again and again with a huge grin, this is your shop.
You don't just get a bike, you get friends for life at Pictou County Cycle.

My bike broke a few km outside of New Glasgow. I babied it to this repair shop where they fixed it at a moment's notice for just $10. They even gave me a free Allen key and let me use their bathroom! 10/10 would break down nearby again!

Pretty much anything and everything you'd need for a petal bike, and if not they'll order the part you need or a new bike if that's what you want!!!

I love Pictou County Cycle because they are a company to deal with and work with as well. I have never worked at Pictou County Cycle but I have bought some pretty nice Bikes personally they are expensive but they don't cheat anyone or anything.

The absolute best people ever. No matter how big or small the problem the customer service is second to none I’ve seen across Canada.
