Came all the way from etobicoke to buy a deck that only they had in stock pretty much across Ontario. Upon getting there turned out that it’s a small world & had mutual friends! Met Matt & what an amazing guy. I would make the 2 hour drive again just to hang out & buy something small. He also ships fast! Check out Century Sound you won’t be disappointed!!! I have dealt with Century Sound since 1992 when the store opened for television products and sound equipment. I have received excellent service and quality products. Today I had a vehicle "auto start" installed in the service department. Sam completed the install and it looked like it was from the factory. Sam was courteous and completed all the necessary adjustments that were required. Once again I was very pleased with the service and quality of product I purchased. I would recommend Century Sound on Talbot Street to anyone looking for audio, video or service. Keep up the excellent work.

Had a great experience with Matt and Kris this week looking for a remote for an elderly couple and the service I received was amazing. Not only were they willing to look and see what they had they gave instructions and really helped in a pinch.The customer service was top notch and definitely appreciate going local and able to talk to someone in person willing to help and they were so kind. What a gem of a store - this is why small town shops are the best. Came in today for the first time looking for an item that was not too common. The boys knew exactly what I needed and fixed me up without a hassle or an attempt to upsell a customer who has real no idea about the ins and outs of audio/visual. Will be back whenever I need some help with anything audio/visual related. Had to get out of there quick as way too many things that I wanted to buy. G

I cannot say enough about my experience with Century Sound. I recently had a work event and found out at the last minute (literally 3:30 the day before the 8:00 am event) that the audio system we had lined up would not work. I called Century Sound in a panic because I have dealt there for personal equipment and always found them to be helpful and informative. Not only did they help, they had the equipment ready 40 minutes later when I stopped in. They literally saved our event, and went above and beyond for me at a moment’s notice. The guys were incredibly helpful, showed me what I would need to do. In an era where customer service just does not seem to matter to businesses, Century Sound is head and shoulders above the rest - they know their stuff, they care about their customers, and they WANT to help! Thank you, thank you. St. Thomas is lucky to have such a great establishment!

The service I received from Century Sound was exceptional. I had a sub installed into my new car from a previous car and the service as well as the installation was very professional. The customer service was very personable and very thorough post install. I will definitely be returning to Century Sound for my next audio system purchase.

I have done business with Matt and his team for years. They provide Great Service, always get things done quickly and professionally . I had them set up my house with a wireless sound system and it was a very easy process. I just told them over the phone what I wanted and they installed it and set it up with really very little input from me and it turned out perfectly. I just called with some questions and even though the store is closed due to COVID19, Matt was still there answering phones just to help people out with questions like mine. Great service, and I would recommend Century sound to anyone!

I purchased a car radio unit from Century Sound last year, and was pleased with the product and service. Sam in service is exceptional. Very professional all around. Product came with a one year warranty and even though service required a tweak since the unit experienced a small issue, Sam was expedient at resolving the situation. 100% satisfied customer here! I received great customer service. Owner and staff were friendly. I was thrilled owner honoured two gift vouchers I had dated from 2014. I am so glad I did not throw them out. I did not know they could order Weather Tech mats. I saw an advertisement in window when we were walking our dog. Great service.

This is a rather late review and doing another reminded me I owed them one. I have been to the store a few times and the staff has been more than pleasant and accommodating. Once I was looking for a basically obsolete part which they happened to have. Another I was looking for something unique and the knowledge and experience of the staff is second to none. I am a few years away from needing something major but be sure I will be darkening their doorstep. Cheers guys!

Exceptional customer service in purchasing a TV from 2 hours away. I had several questions about specs and compatibility of additional devices that I needed. They answered my questions in great details with additional suggestions. Due to Covid, I needed to get this to my elderly parent as quickly as possible, they went above and beyond to make it happen. I will definitely recommend this store to friends and use this store again in the future.

All the staff and services at Century is unmatched! Matt's team of associates and himself helped me pick out what I needed in my Passat and they even provided me with all the installation parts i needed, saving me from ordering all the annoying china parts online and waiting months. They are always open for questions and concerns on their phone line, and are always welcoming and friendly. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

The other day was the 2nd time I visited Century Sound, the 1st time was with my brother in law for some Marine gear and we installed it and it worked for the time he owned that boat so was pleased with that experience. The other day Nov 2020 I went in with a weird request as I sold my previous vehicle with "most" of my stereo gear included in the sale, but kept an amp and sub. So my battery is in my trunk and needed a short ground and power wire as to not spend lots of money on a whole new kit (as times are tough right now) I was pleasantly surprised when he was able to find exactly what I needed. I also needed a fuse, after installing what I needed I noticed the fuse was blown, Matt had no issues or problems replacing it with a better fitting fuse for my set up. So I give Century Sound 5 stars for being so helpful to me, asking for something not "on the shelves" isn't something most businesses will help you with but they did help me and I very much appreciate that.
