Boston Pizza

Boston Pizza in St. Thomas used to be continuously mediocre (I’m talking years ago). Finally went back today and it was really good! It was hot and tasted great compared to what it used to be. Still isn’t the best food ever for the price, but still tasty. Our server (Kyle) was amazing and extremely attentive, one of the best I’ve had in a while.

We brought in a group of 55, the restaurant handled our group Amazing! Our servers were Shelby and Kyle, they were pro’s!! So personable and fun! Andrew the manager was very accommodating to make a little extra room for the group too.

Our server got five stars before we even ordered our food! He is a fellow Capricorn which we learned in fun banter. His service was bar none the best. The chicken nachos were perfect to share and were delicious and not super heavy. The chicken tacos were also super tasty. The bar tender was super friendly. She recommended a local tattoo shop which we ended up going to after our meal here. There was lots of parking and super kid friendly. I will definitely return & send others!

Love it. nice white boy as our waiter (don’t remember his name 😔) super kind and attentive. Chatted at the end of our stay talking about working in service. Very nice boy. Food was delicious as always.

Friendly and polite staff, food was great. My overall experience was very enjoyable.

Menu has been recently updated, kitchen staff has gone through a revamp. The food definitely shows for it. Service and food has improved vastly over our recent visits, keep it up

Food is always delicious and meets our expectations. When we order, it comes quickly. We feel like family because we frequent our St. Thomas Ontario location. The menu has a variety of healthy options. This is important to us. This review is making me crave my favourite wrap and ceaser salad! Tell them Stephanie Brown sent you!

What a great evening of excellent service, great food and nice wine. Haven’t enjoyed a night out with the entire in a long time. This place certainly has high standards when it comes to providing service excellence.

Great food, service, and atmosphere! A great experience every time we go to Boston Pizza! The chicken pecan salad is my favourite dish, and the salted caramel panookie is an absolutely delicious dessert, I highly recommend both!

Great food and service.
My husband and I both tried the bruschetta ravioli that is the signature dish right now ...oh man so good. We got it with the rose sauce instead of the one it normally comes with (as per our servers suggested...thank you!) And it was amazing!
We also had the warm olives appetizer dish too and it was great.
I forgot to use my free birthday dessert because we were so full, I didn't remember...all well.

My husband, two kids, and I frequent Boston Pizza a lot. In my opinion it’s its best restaurant in St. Thomas. It’s reasonably priced, tasty, quick, and good service.

Tonight we went, and literally had the best server we’ve ever had at any restaurant. His name was Kyle, and he was AMAZING!! Sometimes people walk in your life and make such an impact on your life, that you’ll remember them forever. Our server Kyle is that guy lol. He genuinely made us feel like we were so important. He went as far as running our leftovers out to our car when we forgot them in the restaurant. Who does this? Kyle does!! We truly appreciate all of his kindness. I know who we’ll be asking for at our next dinner at Boston Pizza :).

Very good food. Prices are reasonable for now a days. Waitress was very friendly. Atmosphere was great. Would recommend and will return.

Had a wonderful time on the patio with some nice cold beverages, and then like a magical surprise food appeared and I was nothing short of elated! Mmmm

Pasta Tuesday..what's not to like. Fettuccine Alfredo and Carnivores Pasta Bowl were excellent. Our server Kiersta was terrific. We'll be back.

Went on a Wednesday for dinner and seated right away. Friendly waitress took our food and drink orders. Ordered the NY Sirloin with Ceasar salad. Steak cooked to perfection and tasted great. Partner had the chicken and mushroom pasta which was good and plenty. Took some home.
