Very peaceful walking trail. Easy terrain to navigate, great for older children and pets. Got a bit turned around because #'s 5,6,7 on the trail map weren't labelled on the path and we came to a 'T' crossing that also isn't shown on the trail map. If starting at #1 just keep going right and you'll stay on the loop! Wear bug spray and appropriate shoes if it's been raining the day before; there's lots of low spots that create puddles. Good for sunny days as it's well shaded. All in all, a very nice place for a nature walk! 🌲🦋🐦

Really nice loop through the woods. Most people go in the same direction so you usually don't run in to too many people. We've seen the occasional grouse and a deer springing away as well. Nice wide trails and not generally too muddy.
Bugs are terrible this time of year though, so bug spray and a very brisk pace required. (pic from the early spring)

Hunting season is November 1 to December 31. It's also a working forest and there may be limited logging in the winter. Otherwise it's a lovely forest with easy trails for walking, cycling or horseback, skiing and snowshoeing in the winter. Beautiful cedar stand on the north side.

Great trail. Just a couple of people unleashed their dogs. Most are thoughtful owners.

Amazing trail to bring kids and spend some family time. Great place to hike solo. I would ask people to please kindly pick up the poop.

Your dogs poop that is. Makes it for fun for everyone.

Great little gem for walking/running, biking, snowshoeing, XC skiing (with trails groomed occasionally), and even horseback riding. The wetland boardwalk is a nice feature. Not a long trail system, but great for a quick trip or an outing with the kids.

Awesome! Gorgeous place to walk. Great place to walk your dog off-leash and if everyone stoops/scoops. Love to see this place looked after for many years to come

Great walk in the park. Simple and enjoyable. Was really nice to see our son with his wife and daughters, even if we had to maintain social distancing.

Nice trails but some low spots under a few inches of water. Otherwise great place for a family walk.
