Excellent service ! Great food at great prices. Speedy service. Very friendly staff. Fresh food. Very clean restaurant. All free parking. Good for the whole family ! Great coffee !

Awesome place. Served in english and french, staff are always nice. Short of staff on some occasions which makes them run and bring wait to the line. But they are running and making sure everyone has got their coffee ready. Always with a smile on. :)
Owner and staffs are very friebdly whdn taken the time to smile back :)
All they need on busy days is compassion to support their hard work :)

Excellent and efficient service in store and at drive thru. Clean bathrooms. Other Tim's should take lessons from this one!

Tried the loaded wrap, was heaven in my mouth.
Service was slower for wraps but anything else was fast like lightning.
Broken french but i appreciate people knowing my language 😊

We go twice daily, every day. Service is always good, FV and LAT always hot and muffins are fresh.
I would suggest that donuts with icing not be placed in a bag cause half is stuck.

Frank the Tank loves it! Always stop for coffee and Timbits while out on the motorcycle 🏍!!

I have been to a lot of Tim Hortons on my travels- this one has by far exceeded my expectations. The service was quick, the person taking our order was polite, respectful and very fast. One of the best experiences I have had at Tim Hortons!

Nice place , good sitting arrangements... Was hang there on our way to montreal. All the staff was polite

A steady stop between Ottawa and Montreal for fellow travelers... a small town with a great little Timmy's to fill up on your coffee , doughnuts, and sammiches.

Why is everyone such a sweetheart? Making an eye contact, smiling, being professional. I get why that tim hortons are full of customers. And the order was super fast. Coffee and food are delicious and fresh. I am on my way to Montreal and just found the closest tim hortons and they literally made my day.

Oh what can I say about going to Casselman it's my hometown. I love going there so many memories.
Everytime I go at this specific Tim Hortons I always have golden customer service.

Peach Quencher is my fave I dont drink coffee but my mom does.

Whenever i go there a little blond girl with big brown eyes name Carolanne serve me with a huge smile and a sweet voice she is always kind,compassionate you see that she loves what she does and everytime i go there i give this team 5 or 10$ of tip they deserve it 100% it's not easy as what people think to work in a fast pace environement.. Im saying that because i've seen negative comments they deserves credit for what they do all day.
Here in Vankleekhill and Hawkesbury at the Tim Hortons they need more staff like Carolanne all over Prescott Russell Stormont Dundas I think i can say that Guylaine is one nice employee that has been working for the franchise 18+ years and Cindy in L'Orignal, but they are rare very rare the consistency of a great customer service is very rare.
Consistency is what will make the people come back..
I heard also so many good comments from people i know in the Casselman area in regards to Carolanne.

Restaurant is clean and very inviting. Staff are kind, thankful and very considerate. The manager was also very kind and helpful when it came to helping out with everything. Would certainly recommend stopping by on any road trip.
