Great coffee place. On of my favorite. The croissant was fresh and flaky. Service was great. People who work here were all in good mood and friendly. They all deserve a raise.☺. Plenty of seating. The place was clean and not super busy in the morning.

Very cute cafe by Metrotown! I love their Cajun chicken sandwich and London fog. Their bakery items are delicious also. Fair bit of space if you wanna do some work, but it gets quite busy and seats can be limited during peak hours as expected. Dining in gives you a discount also :)

This location is convenient and busy. I came on a weekday morning and it’s already busy with people working or meeting. There’s a small lineup but the line moved quickly. Their coffee was better than Starbucks, not as watered down.

Today, my friend invited me to meet at this branch of JJ Bean. This particular location is situated at the corner and has a wider space, with much more beautiful interior design compared to other branches. It is very modern, especially with those lovely hanging lights. Perhaps because it's already evening, the pastries didn't look very fresh. I ordered a cup of espresso, which was very aromatic and rich. My favorite thing about this company is that every branch provides oat milk or soy milk for you to add to your coffee at the counter. Overall, I highly recommend this place as it's a great space to meet and chat with good friends or enjoy some alone time.

Absolutely love this place - the coffee is great, the staff are absolutely lovely and very knowledgeable, and I appreciate it being open early. JJ Bean is solid all over the city and even among them this has gotta be one of the better locations. Note that seating where laptops are allowed to be used is limited and it gets busy later in the day.

Great Coffee place to get some coffee and relax in Metrotown. Me and my mom love JJ. We got a cappuccino and iced mocha. They were very good. I spilled my iced mocha and the staff gave me a free one. Very grateful for that!

If you plan to come here and work for a bit, make sure to bring a sweater/jacket. Even when it's hot outside, the AC inside gets chilly 🥶 after a while.

I usually get an Oat Flat White and ask the baristas to make it at 120° room temp so as not to burn the oat milk, which makes it bitter. They nail it here. Have to try some of their food soon as well! The wraps looks amazing

Our cashier was absolutely lovely and friendly. We walked in at 8:30am on a Friday to a big line up but it moved very quickly. We ordered an americano misto which was delicious and very strong. We also had the mocha with CHOCOLATE whipping cream which was creamy and sooo good. The chocolate banana bread was moist and yummy! The inside is sleek and modern. Bathrooms are clean. Our total for 2 coffees and a treat was $16.

This JJbeans has earned my respect for the quality of espresso they pull. I’m still experimenting and my taste buds are still developing but the JJ Classic Caramelized espresso I had this Sunday morning is my new reference. full body and discernible tones. On the side, I had an almond croissant without chocolate. It was wholesome and never tasted like bread sheets with loads of sugar paste like in most of the coffee shops I’ve visited. I was going to praise the barista but she was peacefully having her breakfast. I’m going to come back for sure Gods willing.

Great new spot in Station Square! Enjoy their baked goods, particularly the Pumpkin Apple Muffin and Chive & Cheddar Scone. Have had a variety of drinks including the Pink Beet Latte, which had a nice earthy flavor. They are charging $0.25 for cup takeout, but also have a decent seating space to have your coffee inside. Service is friendly and efficient. I just wish they had a rewards program, because I'll likely be back to try more from their menu!

Friendliest staff and super nice space to work or meetup! Great coffee and amazing pastries. They bake everything in house.
Can get busy and loud during the day so keep in mind if you want to study there.

I would definitely say this cozy coffee shop is a must for coffee lovers & london fog lovers! Good ambience and had a few empty seats to sip your tea. The bakery items looks delicious, I got myself the chocolate croissant 10/10 & the London Fog Tea Latte. Definitely coming back again soon ❤

In my opinion, one of the best location, place is frecuented by nice and clean people, plenty of 30 minutes parking in the area, fast service, always great coffee and plenty of pastries, recommended

This place has really cute aesthetic. The barista was really nice and offered to warm up my muffin. I like the seating at this location a lot because it's divided and you can get private places to sit. This isn't a good place for large groups.

Chill and nice place to rest and have a small talk. I really liked the numbers of booth seats they have and their bakeries are so good. Employees are very kind and welcoming. Place is clean and well lit.

The best breakfast place in Vancouver 🙏 Their double smoked bacon, egg & cheese bagel is to die for. I always get a cappuccino as well, very tasty! And if you want a tantalizing treat, you should try their chocolate croissant, it's so decadent that it will melt the stress of living in such a hectic city like Vancouver. 💯❤
