I had a hit and run and found this mechanic on the ICBC accredited website and I was pleasantly happy with the result.

Vino runs a very courteous and excellent business here. The team at Beta Auto took care of my problems and even provided me a courteous car for several days.

A very honest and pleasant mechanic shop in Burnaby. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs their car repaired, they do a fantastic job and are very friendly and helpful.

After experiencing a hit and run, I brought my car in for repairs. The owner thoroughly discussed all available options and advised me on the best solution. Interacting with both the owner and the receptionist, I was impressed by their professionalism and felt confident in the quoted price. Their excellent service has convinced me that this is where I'll always bring my car for any needs in the future.

Vinodan took great care of me - kept me updated on everything, got it done super fast, and left my car looking great. He even made some notes of things the team noticed while they were under the hood. Easy to recommend!

I have worked with them 3 times now and each time was a stressfree, wonderful experience. Reddy really tries his best to get you a good deal and is very knowledgeable. Jyoti is such a sweet front desk/receptionist and she is also quite knowledgeable and easy to speak with. I have recommended this place to several others, and if god forbid something happens again my vehicle I would go back. 10/10

I have my car fixed here after my car being damaged from another one. They fixed my car in a few weeks and you cannot tell if it has been an accident. Highly recommended.

Took in my car and finished it very quickly. Did a great job, everything is perfect and gave me a loaner in the meantime as well. On top of all that, fully detailed my car, vacuum, washed and everything. They even left an all weather mat on the driver side because I only had a carpet. Great people, if I have any problems with my car I will definitely come back here.

The production manager Vinodan Reddy and his team of hardworking colleagues had repaired and painted the front bumper of my vehicle. The color matched perfectly from the bumper to the fenders. They are an ICBC express shop and the time it took for my vehicle to be ready was within a weeks time. Vinodan Reddy is highly educated and very professional when it comes to inspection and estimate's.
With him and his team working to repair your vehicle you can be sure it will be done professionally.

I took my Nissan Leaf with some back bumper damage to a big name autobody shop for an estimate. I was told some crazy story about the bumper possibly being previously glued and taking the bumper off for repair could be risky, therefore costly. I decided to get a second opinion and was recommended by someone I knew to go see Reddy at Beta autobody. Am I ever glad I did! I got a realistic, detailed and very reasonable estimate. The job only took 2 days and I got to use a courtesy car. My car looks fantastic and they totally detailed it too! I highly recommend anyone to go see Reddy and his team at Beta autobody!

First time coming here I had a great experience!Really great service. They are icbc approved. I was able to use a rental car during the time my car was being fixed. I was updated and everyone was super nice. Overall great place, I would definitely go again if needed.

I found this mechanic on the ICBC website following my catalytic converter being stolen. I was unaware they were super busy with other jobs and I had my car sent there for the claim and repair. Initially I found the communication regarding my claim to be poor. After I voiced my concerns the shop manager was on the ball. He repaired my vehicle and cleaned it up. While it was there I paid for an additional repair which was a pre-existing issue prior to the claim. They repaired my issue very quickly. I am very happy with the service I received from the shop manager and receptionist. This is a family run business that charges fair and reasonable prices. If I ever encounter another issue with my car I will be a returning customer. Thank you for fitting me in with your heavy workload.

Found this place based on google reviews, and icbc approved. they not only fixed the damage, provided a courtesy car, also cleaned my car in and out. very impressed and can see they are passionate about what they do!

Mr Reddy and his team did an amazing job with repairing my car! Someone had damaged both front and back driver doors and the windows glass broke everywhere inside the car! I really appreciate the detailing and time spent to repair and they finish the work in 2 weeks and now it looks brand new! They provided great customer service from the very beginning and when I came to pick up the car!
