Took my WRX here at Midas Willingdon for a tire repair. Brad greatly welcomed me and gave me the customer satisfaction! These guys are amazing, would highly recommend their 10/10 service to other people. Definitely will come back to them for another repair/service!

I was so overwhelmed for the excellent customer service that I experienced last week Thursday when I made a phone call to inquire and ask for assistance with regards for the Tire that I need to purchase. With the help of Brad , his expertise about the Tire , it helps me to make a right decision. And booked me the next day to replace my 4-Tire with new one (Goodyear All Weather Tire) . Again, this is my second time to bring my Van Kia Sedona at Midas ( 2185 Willingdon Ave. ), last week August 22,2024 .
Co'z , I was so satisfied for the Customer Service that they did to my Van last time when they change my Tire. Last week I ask them to Fix my Break Rotor and replace my rear Shocks Absorber , Thanks to Mr. Brad , for Excellent Customer Service 👍👍👍 and for the job well done 👏👏👏🤝🤝🤝. Came here for a wheel alignment and Alin (GM) was wonderful over the phone and in person. James (tech) gave me a heads-up with items requiring attention and did an excellent job in completing the alignment - quite quickly too! These guys are great, don't sleep on service like this!

I pulled up and was greeted by Alin, the GM. He was so kind and helpful. I just needed my oil checked and a bulb replacement on my brake lights. He and James quickly fixed me up and I was on my way at no charge. He has now become my go to guy. It was such a pleasant experience. Thank you Alin and James.

I'm incredibly impressed by this shop! When my car battery was on the brink of failure, they immediately took me in and replaced it within an hour (I even made it to work on time). None of the other places I reached out to could accommodate me immediately. It's time more businesses adopt such efficiency and acknowledge the importance of prompt service, especially in emergencies. A big thank you to Midas (Willingdon)!!

💯 10/10 customer service at the midas today! My car broke down right in front of the garage, and I was in trouble. I needed a small glass fuse for an older vehicle, and they were super helpful and went out of their way to find one for me. Not only did they give me a new fuse, but one extra a backup, both for no charge. I replaced the fuse and was back on my way. Their small gestures meant a lot to me, and made my day. Hats off the the folks down at midas. Thank you!

Requesting an appointment is easy, confirmation with Alin and Brian is always simple.
You will always get a friendly greeting and honest advice.

I dropped my car for oil changed and we had some misunderstanding about the price. First, they said the drain plug is over torqued by the previous dealer ship, so I need the new set that cost 15$ to be changed. I'm fine with that but the invoice turned out at 360$ (with extra 150$ labour cost and no explanation). I'm so confused and thought they are overcharged me!

I dropped some review here and then the next day Alin (store manager) called me to clarify all of the details for the cost breakdown. He apologized & explained that there is some miscommunication. The thing is that they have to restore the threads to make it works which take extra time/skills. It makes better sense to me now.

He also offer me a full credit refund 150$ for my next service! That's a good approach for taking customer feedback seriously. I decided to give them another try for changing my brake pads.

When I woke up to a flat tire and couldn't get to work, the people here were super helpful. Not only were they able to squeeze me in on incredibly short notice but got everything sorted that same day. Amazing service from Alin and the crew! :)

Unfortunately picked up a nail in my tire over the long weekend. Wasn’t able to deal with it today, but thanks to Alin and the staff at Midas I was able to have the nail removed and hole patch up to

Great service. I had a flat tire and showed up pretty late in the day right before they closed. They had it done the next day and had it back on the car in 10 minutes. Brad was great and he ended up not charging me for the work. Appreciate the great service!

Alin and his crew are always professional and courteous in my dealings with them. It's the first place I go to when my van needs work. I have no hesitation recommending them for car maintenance and repair.

I've been a regular patron at Midas, and during my last visit, Alin delivered outstanding service. He conducted a thorough inspection and efficiently identified and resolved the car issue within a couple of hours. Leaving the shop, I always feel completely satisfied with their service.

Honestly these guys were super nice and very professional. Good time estimates and good prices, and I felt like they had my best interests at heart
