First time going to a mechanic? This is the place

I brought in my car because it had some issues with the steering pump and the belt. (Mazda)
The inspection was $52.91. It all depended on the issue/time.
Afterward, Nigel provided me with a quote, which, compared to other places that quoted me for the same job, was very reasonable and not overwhelming expensive as other shops.

After the job, I notice a very small leaking, they asked me to come back for a inspection and a follow-up after that with no charge. The team at Pro-Tech Auto has an excellent communication, attention to detail, and great mechanic service. They've know and understand the importance of their customers' vehicle needs.

I've never gone to a mechanic before, but my car had a coolant leak and this place is local and had good reviews.

Nigel was absolutely wonderful and did so much to get my car fixed!

He gave me an accurate estimate, focused on finding the real root cause instead of covering up symptoms, researched parts on my behalf, explained everything clearly and answered all my questions, and never pressured me one way or another - just offered me all my options, their estimated price, and his professional opinion on the best choice.

Most of all, he kept very clear communication throughout and called me whenever there was some development or issue found.

Really great place, I will definitely come here if my car has any future problems.

I've had multiple 5 start experiences at this shop. They are extremely knowledgeable, provide accurate estimates, and have amazing customer service. The communication and check ins are top-notch. The repairs have all been done very well and my car drives better than it has in years. As a woman, I am always nervous to deal with mechanics, and I felt comfortable, respected and treated fairly. I would recommend this shop to anyone!

A/C repair & rear brake replacement.
Nigel provided an estimate prior to work and connected with me after assessing my car/prior to beginning work as to what he found. Communication was clear throughout so there were no surprises. Followup with regards to repairs & my satisfaction was fabulous. Nigel and his team are transparent, thorough & are extremely concerned with client satisfaction. I would highly recommend!

Great experience. Nigel and his team were fantastic. Really approachable as well as informative and patient. I didn't notice I had a rock chip on my windshield and when they took it for a complimentary wash after the service a large crack formed. Nigel was extremely generous and handled things with Broco glass to get me a new windshield in a day. Will definitely be returning, cheers guys!

Incredible service from Nigel. Came in for an out of province inspection, and came out with an incredible experience. The team at Pro-tech were prompt, kind, and even warn me about future potential issues. Definitely make sure to book an appointment because they can get quite busy.

Brought my vehicle in to these folks for an oil change and some repairs last week. I was impressed with the thoroughness and expertise shown in the inspection and grateful for the long list of repairs that they were able to complete in one day. It was clear that they were ordering parts and getting rebates to try and save me as much as possible. Highly recommended.

Service was great! On time and professional! There was a lot of repair, so the following cost was a little on the heavy side but Nigel was informative about it and resourceful!

If there was more stars available for a review, i'd have used it for Nigel and his Team. I've brought all the vehicles i've owned to them for all maintenance and repair needs. My 06 odyssey was a POS that always gave me issues, but he's fixed them all. Very transparent and fair with prices. Probably one of the few repair shops that you can get cheap price, excellent quality, and fast repair all in one.
