Asian Bistro joins the ranks of a small town ethnic restaurant that can outcompete big city offerings.

The menu offers many Cambodian / Thai style dishes to try, and I can honestly say that I intend to come back to try a few other options, having been so delighted with what we ordered.

Serving sizes are modest, so I would recommend that you order an extra entree or that appetizer that you've always wanted to try.

Proces are quite reasonable considering the quality that you get. It is very evident that the chef takes great pride in the food they prepare.

The owners are incredibly friendly & the food is absolutely delicious! The prices are very reasonable for the quality & freshness of the dishes. The salmon is such a treat. If you are not a fan of seafood, chicken is always tender with the best curry we've ever had.
Don't hesitate to try this gem! It's not a fancy place but the quality & service is top notch!

Always loved this little get away from home...when we want a nice date night we start here ..its clean cozy freindly close to home and awsome good food never have beene decieved since they open 2007 2008 we love their food ...tried others in ottawa dont like them...they dont use jalapeños wich i love !!! The chicken soup hit the spot every time since day 1 they make verry good salads too!

Stopped in on Sunday, we haven't been there since before Covid. The soup is amazing! The owner is very attentive. Worth the drive.

Came with family to celebrate my birthday. I just love this restaurant. The service is impeccable and the food is plentiful and delicious! They also have the best peanut sauce on the planet! We are never disappointed.

Excellent high quality asian dishes at reasonable prices.
It is hard to find any decent asian food in eastern Ontario. BUT this palce proves me wrong. Asian dishes made by an award -winning Cambodian chef. I travel 45 minutes to get his food. Worth the visit. SInce the portions are so large, My wife and I have food fo 3 days. I always order enough so I can freeze for later (eg. soups). The only Tom Yum Goong and Tom Kha Gai soups in all of eastern Ontario (Ottawa excluded) and delicious. Owner Buntha is always pleasant and welcoming. Highly Highly recommended.

Our first visit today for lunch. The four of us each ordered a different dish and we all were just impressed. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will definitely be back. Excellent service and superb food.

Absolutely loved this restaurant.

It is clearly a small family run affair that may not bedazzled you with decor but the service was prompt, friendly and attentive. The food is very well prepared and extremely satisfying. Pricing is on par with others in this category. This is NOT a buffet. The menu is reasonable in size and offerings with most full sized mains coming in at around $20 per person. Our table ordered the Beef Teriyaki plate, the Chicken Teriyaki, Peppered Beef and Singapore Noodles. All meat was tender, very well flavored and prepared. The steamed vegetables were fantastic and the "sticky" rice was perfect. Portions are very fair.

We will be returning.

Great Customer Service, Food is awesome. My group is traveling to Casselman for work and we found this hidden gem that you must try it's our staple been said we should eat here everyday. Blue Oval guys say keep up the good work

Everything we had was verrrry good. Expect slow service since it’s a family run business with not a lot of staff and things made very fresh, so expect food to take a bit. This is like a two hour eating experience, but honestly very good and worth it. If you are in a rush just order ahead some take out

The food is excellent at this Bistro. I have had some of the dishes he makes at other restaurants and they are not even close to the quality and flavour he provides. We call ahead for our take out and usually do not have to wait when we get there. He is also very personable. I HIGHLY recommend the exotic fruit sushi for desert for more than one person. His portions are not small. Having tried most of his offerings over time, the only thing I really do not like is the salad that has beans in it, but is just me. you only get 4 spring rolls in the appetizers, but they do come with sauce. He serves a different sauce with each kind, but I am sure you can ask for your pick from the ones he has - no plum sauce- but they are good sauces. This is not a junk food restaurant. Enjoy!

We just finished our dinner at this Asian Bistro. We have had various Asian dishes from Calgary to Montreal and beyond. This jewel of a resturant is one of the very best. Every dish we ordered was cooked to perfection. The flavours, the freshness the presentations, the service was excellent. The owner is warm, welcoming, personable, and just a very nice gentleman.
We will be back many times and will most definately bring our family and friends to this delightful restaurant to experience what we have. Highly recommend.

A beautiful choice of red wine. The food was very good. The server was very polite and courteous. Will return for sure!
