Canada Post

My dad and I were getting an Amazon return done around 3:15 and I just wanted to share how kind and helpful the people working there were. We had a problem with our box and the Canada Postman and lady (didn't get their names unfortunately) were super helpful, informative and kindhearted towards our situation. We had two boxes and they helped us put it into one. It was quite a memorable interaction and it says a lot about the people who work and deliver at this post office!

I just wanted to share how truly wonderful my experience has been with Allaine at the Canada Post service desk in Shoppers Drug Mart (4429 Kingsway, Burnaby, BC). I often opted to have most of my deliveries sent to this location because it made me feel a bit more secure compared to having them left outside my door. But also, because of the customer service during the weekdays. Allaine's attention to ensuring that all deliveries are well taken care of is truly commendable. Given the busy nature of this location and the likelihood of storage issues, her thoroughness is incredibly reassuring.

Allaine consistently exudes courtesy, politeness, and professionalism, even during those times when the service desk is lined up with 10 or more people. Her ability to efficiently handle the crowd, getting people in and out seamlessly, has not gone unnoticed. I have absolutely no complaints; Allaine's dedication to her work has made a positive impact on my experience.

Fantastic service. I popped in today to send something to Japan. The gentleman was very kind, helpful and patient. He helped me fill in the FedEx forms and was very knowledgeable. I wish I got his name. I definitely recommend this post office and I will be a returning customer 🙂

Always a pleasure to see the staff working there with a SMILE, very Helpful & Experienced although should have more than one staff working on Busy Holiday Seasons to avoid Long Heavy Line Ups and long waits in the line up .
