Junction Sixteen

Coming from Ontario and living in NS! It has been hard to find good food spots in the valley. This place is at the top of our list!! Since it's been open, this has been our sixth time visiting and it has never disappointed. Amazing food and good quality, amazing service and we always enjoy our time here. We always recommend this place to all of our friends and family! A spot we will always come back to dine at!!!

Celebration dinner for my son's birthday. A thoroughly enjoyable experience. Great atmosphere and fantastic service from Perry. Loved how all the crockery was different but very beautiful. The food was absolutely delicious. My son is a chef, and so is hard to impress ; but he had only good things to say about all the dishes. Can't wait to go again

We tried Junction Sixteen and enjoyed a delicious meal!

We started our evening with two mocktails - a Whistle Blower (pineapple, orange, ginger ale) and a Boggy Mule (cranberry, ginger beer, lime). Very refreshing and tasty!

Our starters were the Fried Calamari & Vegetables and the French Onion Soup. That soup is stunning - the richest, most flavourful broth I’ve ever tasted in a French Onion Soup! That soup is “must try”!!

Our entrees were Lasagna Verde and the Beef Short Rib. Both equally as delicious but in their own ways - the short rib was beyond perfectly prepared and an enormous portion 😘

Out of all our sides the Glazed Carrots and the Green Peas (served with prosciutto and parmigiana reggiano cream sauce) were our hands down “we’d eat these by themselves” favourites.

Dessert was simple but delicious - vanilla soft serve with salted caramel sauce and a poached pear rice pudding.

Hearty, simple but delicious food that left us feeling like we’d just had a very well-made home-cooked meal! We’ll go back (the French Onion Soup guarantees that!) and we look forward to trying the pizza once it’s available.

I ate here last night and was completely blown away by every single thing we ordered, and our server was excellent also. We actually couldn’t pick our favourite part of the meal because everything was so good!

I started with one of their delicious mocktails (thank you for having non-alcoholic options!) and then we got the mussels as an appetizer. The broth was unbelievable! Our mains were the risotto with added scallops, and the pasta feature which was a cannelloni with mushrooms. We shared both, and they were both amazing!

For dessert, we were intrigued by the homemade ice cream - we got the pistachio cookie ice cream sandwich and the feature basil blackberry ice cream with brownie chunks on top. Again, absolutely blown away! The blackberry basil ice cream may have been the best ice cream I’ve ever had (I bought a tub to take home, which was a huge container for a very reasonable $5).

We can’t wait to go back and try the pizza next time!

I ate lunch here with a friend. We each chose a pizza from the "white side" of the menu. Mine was the -- Dock Stop -- lots of seafood -- delicious. My friend chose the -Bail of Blue. The gorgonzola cheese gave this pizza a very distinctive taste - delightful!

The restaurant is bright with lots of seating choices. Our server was very friendly and looked after us well.

I'm looking forward to a return visit to try some other items on the menu!

Had an amazing evening out with friends and we couldn't have picked a better place. Menu was well thought out with lots of delicious options. Drink menu was quite large and sounds like they rotate local beers!! Will definitely return!

Visiting town for a camping trip and decided to find a restaurant. What an amazing surprise. The pizza is legit homemade and really good. The burger pizza has “Mac sauce” on it and it was deadly !

Good pizza and pasta dishes, and other Italian dishes to choose from. Food comes fairly quick and always hot and fresh. Service is lovely and attentive, music nights are fun and the atmosphere is trendy but still kid friendly.

Great new place! Food was amazing! The olives were the best I've had in Nova Scotia. LOTS of options for those looking for non alcoholic beverages. Lots of parking.

Stumbled on this new spot to stop for a bite or homemade soft ice cream treat just outside of Bridgetown, Nova Scotia. Nice seating indoors and out. Ample parking if you are biking the Harvest Moon Trail toward Annapolis Royal.

Junction Sixteen is an excellent addition to Bridgetown. The serving staff were excellent, and management was on hand overseeing things (they had only just opened when we visited). Everything we ordered was fantastic, and we appreciated the attention to using local producers and ingredients. The cocktails were delicious. We’re looking forward to visiting when their pizza oven is set up.

My husband and I stopped in today for lunch and we were not disappointed. I’ve been hearing a lot about it recently and we will definitely be going back!

I ordered the cod saltimbocca and my husband had the chicken parm. Only managed to get a picture of mine as he had already dug in. When I got my meal the lady handing it to me said that the comment they always got on my dish was how flavourful it was… And boy did it deliver. SO much flavour packed in this dish!! My only complaint would be that the cod tasted quite fishy, so not fresh fresh but still delicious.

We will definitely be back! We agreed the food is well worth the price.

Another great dining experience from this restaurant group. Amazing food and service. Some of the best flavours we’ve had in our travels everywhere. Beautiful interior design. Highly worth the trip to Bridgetown!

I honestly can say I had one of the top 5 best Italian meals to date. I travel all over north America for work and I was overly impressed by the food and staff! Will be back asap!

It was about time we finally got to Junction Sixteen for dinner and we were not disappointed. Their vegan menu is thoughtful and delicious - not just thrown together for those of us who don't eat meat. The drinks menu is imaginative, the service, funny and friendly, and the atmosphere inviting. We will definitely be returning!

This place is a true diamond in the rough...if one would consider this wonderful little town as rough. Very good food. Lovely staff. And where else would you find ATV enthusiasts enjoying dinner alongside folks who've dressed up for an evening out. A restaurant like this is rare to find in most Nova Scotia communities.

Ive had four great experiences dining at this restaurant. The attentive service and attention to detail in the kitchen are definitely important factors in creating a positive dining experience. Ive found the portions were just the right size and that the prices were reasonable. Their selection of dinnerware might cause you to smile and remember tea at your granny’s house.
It's always a bonus when the servers are knowledgeable and can make recommendations that enhance the dining experience, and that’s the case with Perry, Katie, Eadie, and Cam all did an excellent job.
Finally, having a welcoming and warm manager who takes the time to check in with customers is a great touch that really adds to the overall experience. It's clear that the entire team, including the bartender, Hannah, is dedicated to providing excellent service and making each customer feel valued.

Took friends from Vancouver Island during Appy hours. Being celiac they took care of what I ordered. Friends loved the chicken pesto spaghetti and junction pizza. I loved my Pea risotto. Also had the marinated olives with gluten free bun. Happy atmosphere and good service ❤

Food was absolutely incredible, everyone in our party agreed. I recently had to change my diet for health reasons, and going to a place that mostly serves pizza and pasta can be difficult when you need low carb options. But I was happy to see the pork chop dish, and WOW, it was out of this world! The Calabrian chili butter was a brilliant accompaniment.

I wish the atmosphere was a bit more intimate, as it was busy and loud.
