Beautiful, quiet, and easy! Good for walking, biking, running, even skateboarding…

Take water as no fountain available on the way.

Wonderful well paved trails that connects several parks and neighbourhoods in the area together for easy access. You can see people from all walks of life using this trail. There are also a lot of interesting views to take in such as the river, the forest, the metal swimming salmon art, and lots of Continuum educational signs. You get to pass over rivers, under bridges, and through the woods. There are several exercise equipment that could be used on this trail as well. Highly recommend for anyone thinking of doing some light exercising or grabbing a coffee and walking and talking with a friend.

It was the most amazing bike trail I have been on ! All 7 of us were floored by the beauty and loved how easy it was to ride, how different scenes we were able to ride through. We are dying to ride this trail again soon!

A friend who customarily rides this trial also says to try riding it reversed, it’s like riding a totally different trail. Haha

Great area to bike ride in Port Coquitlam allowing you to see most areas of Port Coquitlam. Doesn’t really matter where you start or which direction you travel to enjoy. As of the last couple weeks there was a closed section along the west side of Colony Farms until the Red Bridge (Pitt River Road). Not much in the way of signage warning you of blocked off section. Most of the ride is along the trail but are some road sections along the northern parts of the trail. Some bathrooms near Gates Park and along the Fraser River. Yes this is dog friendly but a long trek if you do the entire loop. Enjoy!

The trail is located at the old downtown nearby, recommended to have breakfast there then start your walk. Easy to travel and safe for kids.

I biked through the trail today, very beautiful, calming scenery, birds and pristine waters. I’ll come next time in October to see salmons.

Great scenery, well marked trail that loops around the city. It doesn't get much better than this considering the proximity to a major population center.

It's a really great place for a bike ride! Lots of different sights to see, breweries and a pub along the route, swimming in the Coquitlam river if you want and it's all flat! Ride is about 25km and is a loop, which I love. There are even a few Starbucks just off the trail.

I adore this park! It connects (I think) to two other parks so you get a good long stretch of smooth paved cycling or walking paths. There are benches everywhere and little corners to step down to the Coquitlam River. There are stations with information and activities, like outdoor tiny gyms. Friendly and welcoming to everyone!

This is a fantastic gravel trail great for bikes and walks. Plenty of shade and there's a nice little cafe at along the trail in the South. Hoppcots is on the North end too for another nice place to stop. Definitely a favourite family day trip spot.
