Auden did an awesome job on my hair! This was my first time visiting this place and I was a bit nervous since my hair is really curly. However I felt much more at ease communicating what I wanted with Auden and hearing her input. Really appreciated her kindness and patience along with the head massage during the hair wash. Definitely recommend her if you need a simple haircut.

If you're in the hood or not...do not overlook the salon tucked across from Timmy's. CHEN does amazing work! I have visions and dreams but he brings me down to reality. He is patient and does thorough consultation to get my hair just right! I have extremely high expectations for my stylist after losing mine to COVID who returned to Japan. I've found my new go to!

Chen did an amazing job with my hair coloring! He recommended a color that didn't require bleach and perfectly matched my skin tone. I had newly grown black hair since my last coloring, and Chen expertly corrected it. The service was excellent, and the price was reasonable. The hair treatment works well, my hair is not dry at all after colouring. I will definitely be returning!

Effie was amazing and perfect. It took over 5hrs, such a long time. However, she was super detailed for 5 and half hrs. She's professional. I respect her and I am so happy with my hair. Will be back! Thank you, Effie <3

Ann is a responsible and really experienced stylist!!! She resolved my black tinted hair and got the result that I wished!!! She also reduced the damage that bleach can cause, my hair looks so good after!!!

Bleach and highlight with Hair Artist Jing

Jing is the best hair artist around, hands down. From the moment I sat in his chair, he listened closely to what I wanted and worked his magic to get my color and cut looking awesome. The whole experience was super chill and enjoyable - Jing is such a pro, but also really personable. I left feeling so confident and happy with my new look, and I'll definitely be back to see Jing again.

Auden did an excellent job cutting my hair! She was incredibly focused and patient throughout the process. I only showed her one picture and a short video of the look I wanted, and she delivered exactly what I was hoping for. Before cutting, she made sure to ask about the specific length I wanted, and I really appreciate that she didn't chop an inch beyond that. Auden also gave me a nice scalp massage and even helped me take photos and videos of my new look. I highly recommend Auden for all your hair needs!

I visited Yoonie last night after 3 years, and I couldn't be happier with the results! My hair was damaged, dry, and thin, with discoloration and 3 or 4 different colors all over the place. 3 months ago I took a chance and did a walk-in into this salon not knowing what I wanted to do for my hair. I was introduced to Auden (Hair Master) who did a consultation to help get the style and cut I was thinking of, but had trouble with, and she delivered above my expectations! I have had 3 different cuts in the past few months as I like to keep a “fresher” look, and safe to say Auden gets each concept/style thrown at her with ease 🙌

Overall, staff are incredibly friendly and the salon’s atmosphere is truly top tier. Highly recommend!

I stumbled upon Air Nova Salon while looking for a new hair spot in Burnaby. I was nervous but this was one of the best salon experiences I’ve ever had! Auden was my stylist and was AMAZING. Best scalp and neck massage of my life, super professional and knowledgeable, gave me a killer cut and matched my root touch up colour perfectly. I also got snacks while my dye was in! The salon is upfront with pricing, super clean and the hair washing chairs are like sitting in a comfy space ship :) Do NOT sleep on this gem of a salon and see Auden if you can!

Auden is a skilled and patient hairstylist, who does not rush you. She listens to what you want, and executes while telling you what she’s about to do, so there are no surprises. I believe she understands hair. And, gives great hair washes! I highly recommend you book with Auden, who was also able to communicate perfectly with my mom, who can communicate only in Cantonese. My mom was very pleased with her haircut as well, and the cut Auden gave her is lasting nicely, low maintenance.

Bella at this hair salon was amazing! She did a very thorough job and frequently checked in to make sure everything was okay. Bella ensured that I was completely satisfied with her work. The price for this haircut was great. If you need a haircut, she is the person to go to. Highly recommended!
