I’m happy I made the decision to come this salon.
The front desk very efficiency and took my appointment even I walk in to ask for hair cut. I know they need to make the appointment in advance. Thank you so much to accept this.
My hair stylist Akane is awesome. She is so skillful, gentle and communicate with me patiently. I just gave my previous picture, then she can make it same😍
It’s my first time to do hair cut in Canada, and definitely have good experience. Will come back again if I stop by Burnaby.

My stylist was Take. English isn't his first language, but we communicated using Google translate. Nice hair cut and service.

Mine did a great job on my haircut - I showed her a photo and she was able to recreate it in 30 mins ☺

She is attentive and quick. We booked 4 hrs but she completed in 3 hrs. I am so impressed.

First time visiting this salon and loved the experience. My hair stylist Take was so professional. I tried to cut my hair at home and it turned out to be so bad. But Take fixed my hair and they look so much better now. All the staff was welcoming and sweet

I needed to get a hair trim on the same day and the online booking showed all booked. So i called and they were able to squeeze me in for a haircut (1hour) on the same day.

With COVID-19 you must have an appointment to enter the hair salon. No walk-ins. I arrived 5 minutes early and checked in.

Mine-san was my hair stylist and she was friendly and professional. I only needed a slight trim for my hair and bangs plus thinning. She washed my hair (such an enjoyable experience) and finished the trim in 45 minutes. The total came to around $60 (incl tips). Other japanese salons charge around similar prices for ladies haircut WITHOUT shampooing, this salon includes shampooing in the price.

The salon is a humble place it’s not upscale or lux. But for my experience it’s one of the good ones.

Love my hairstylist- Rie!!! She’s awesome! I was not able to decide what I want before I go. But she was super patient and discussed all the possibilities with me! Rie made me a new person and I am sooooooooo happy with my new hair now!! I did highlighted and bleached my hair, then coloured it purple red. The service was awesome and they were all very nice and friendly! Highly recommended!!

Took my daughter there for the first time. Her hair stylist was Nancy. All I had to do was simply show her a picture of how I wanted my daughter’s hair cut and she delivered!!! I loved her work! Highly recommend the place! Will be my go to place from now on!

I had a haircut, treatment, and digital perm with Akane. It was around 350 dollars, and it was a fair price for the quality of the services. My hair designer, she was carefully giving her advice while I was indecisive about how much hair should be cut off and the styling of the perm. I like my new hair so much, thanks to the professional work!

Misako is a wonderful hair studio, with really good customer service, friendly staff, and concern for each other's well-being! I really enjoyed the service and absolutely love my haircut! The care and attention Mine gave to me makes this studio my favorite hair salon to go to! I'll definitely be coming back for my next haircut. ☺

This location is not as tidy nor visually appealing as the Davie St. branch; however, my hairdresser Akane did a wonderful job with my wavy locks. She understands how to properly cut and style wavy/curly hair. Will return.

Great experience. Ayaka is great, I showed the picture on my phone, and she did exactly what I am looking for. The best layer cut I had ever. They have every customer information on a card, she can find mine quickly although I been here almost 2 years ago. Very friendly, polite, and professional. I am really impressed by Japanese people’s detail oriented, I will definitely be back.

The salon is spacious and tidy. The hair stylists are real Japanese people and really good at lady hairstyle, especially for Asian ladies. My sister refers me. Akane did the haircut for me this time. She was very careful and patient. I enjoyed my quiet haircutting and styling time. Because I just don't like to chat to distribute while my hair stylist is doing her work. Jist my personal opinion.

Ryohei is perfect! He’s so far the best hairdresser I’ve ever met. If you are Asian and then Ryohei is probably your must-go choice for a perfect hair cut. He is a real designer, he wants to make you look handsome/beautiful rather than just cut your hair shot. Strongly recommend.

It was my first time in this place to get my haircut. They were really professional. Ryohei was amazing as he did a great job with my hair. I would definately recommend him to go for your hair cuts and any hair colour.
