Prime Fasteners & Tools

I went in to Prime Fasteners today to drop off my Paslode stapler. The service tech took a look at my stapler and started trouble shooting it with me. He then took the time to educate me on my mistakes and misuse of the tool. He could have just checked the tool and charged me the service fee. Instead I left with a perfect working tool and was able to use it for a small gig I had planned this afternoon. He saved me a second trip to North Burnaby from Richmond and saved me from dragging around my compressor, hose, extension cord for a 50 staple application. They also had a nice selection of Milwaukee tools, I noticed because I am a bit of a Milwaukee junkie these days. Thank you for the absolutely amazing service today.

I have used Prime Fasteners a few times now to service my cordless Paselode framing nailer. Always polite and reasonable with their repair costs.

I take my all my Paslode nail guns here for maintenance and repair. Good customer service, great workmanship. Big shout out to Scott!

Great place, typically i'll go there after I grab a quick bite to eat at the nearest Taco Bell location. Sometime I get a bit gassy and end up stinkin' up the joint, but this typically does not diminish the experience for any other customers, what can I say I love spending an afternoon checking out various fasteners will a belly full of rich, flavourful and ethical Taco Bell.

Was trying to source out some nails for a Hitachi gun. Steve was able to assist. Was in and out in 15 minutes and pricing was great. Would go back for sure!

Great service and they had exactly what I needed however... the customer in front of me let out a huge fart that really stunk up the joint. Other than that... great experience.

Sorry, but Jason you are one of the rudest person I have ever talked to. As a customer service and supervisor, you have disrespected me on the phone as a customer as well as a potential client. I have never heard anyone on the phone trying to get rid of the caller by repeating the words " yep sorry , ya sorry, ok goodbye, yep sorry ok bye".

Like okay that is utmost the rudest thing you can do. And I hope management has a word with you on your phone etiquette. I will never recommend your business to anyone and I hope this kind customer service changes in the future!
