We’ve not had a chance to use our items yet but the customer service has been excellent! I made 2 mistakes on my order and they were very accommodating and fixed the problems with no issues. I’ll be back.

BC Fasteners has been so helpful and customer driven. I email Daryl and Chris and they have what I'm looking for 99.9% of the time and can prepare it for pick up quickly. Super important for my company. Thanks Guys!

This is a great store. It is not the biggest location, but they have great prices if you need screws or any other type of fasteners.

The staff is helpful and provides good information. I compared their prices for screws to the big orange store, and BC Fasteners were far cheaper by a significant amount. As an amateur woodworker, I would highly recommend buying you screws and other fastening equipment here.

Even if they don't have what you need, they can be helpful with providing you with information on what you need so you can do your own research in securing the part.

BC Fasteners understands customer service and they go the extra mile (or maybe a couple of miles). I found them online through Google, did some research on their website, and it appeared they could solve my problem (I needed a hard to find washer). They definitely went above and beyond to help me solve my problem.

I would definitely recommend the team and Black Crow in Surrey.

Have stopped in several times to pick up supplies and am always surprised if how good the prices are. Staff is knowledgeable in the products they sell.

If you go there, be sure to deal with the guy behind the counter. Very professional. Cannot say the same for the young lady that works there. I was just in there buying a couple of nuts and washers and have not encountered an attitude like that before. Unbelievable, I was totally polite during the transaction. She rolled her eyes 3 times during the transaction and when I asked her if I could have a paper towel she tossed it on the counter. Completely uncalled for. Totally rude. Her whole demeanor was entirely unprofessional. Wow. I have my own business and if I had that attitude I would shortly be out of business.

Went into store on Jan 13 placed an order for 6 specialty bolts, not available at local stores, talked to Paul at the counter he told me the bolts would be in on the following Wednesday and took my name and number.
Wednesday comes around no call, no prob just a small order I figure I’ll swing by on my next day off Friday. I stop in Friday and see Paul and remind him I had ordered some bolts, I get nothing but a bad attitude from him, he proceeds to tell me he can’t remember everything, I remind him of what I ordered and that he took my name and number, he waves his hands and says I don’t have them, there is nothing he can do and nobody he can talk to at their Burnaby location where the bolts were coming from. I ask if there is anyone I can talk to in the surrey location he waves his hands again and says “nope no owner here” After all this he doesn’t once offer to make sure he will order the bolts again, doesn’t offer any sort of solution. He lets me walk out of the store after wasting a week of my time. Bc fasteners should think again about the people they have on their counter representing them. Zero stars if I could have.
Jan 24, I see a missed call on my phone it’s a local number so I call number back, guess who answers the phone, Paul from bc fasteners. I’m a little surprised and I proceed to tell Paul that I missed a call from this number and tell him my name. Paul reply’s I have no idea and hangs up the phone. Now all I can say is wow!

Better to deal with Kelowna online.better deals. Langley is last on my list for tools etc.
Will not compete with Kelowna Diff owners.
