Love taking advantage of The Flash food options . It's a smaller grocery store so it can be a quick in and out if need be. Everything seems to be pretty fresh as well.

Big difference between this one and the cedar hills location. I live 5 mins from the cedar hills one but choose to come here. Cedar hills is disgusting. This one obviously takes pride in their store and it shows. Clean location and friendly staff. We'll done

There's always parking available in the front row which is unusual in this busy neighborhood. The store is clean and well stocked. The staff are friendly and welcoming.

Place is clean, lots of parking available, had really good selections and great deals! Also a plus that it's walking distance from us.

The store is well stocked and the staff friendly. However, I have found mistakes in the billing every once in a while wherein they overlook applying the 50% off sticker discount for items close to expiry. Suggest you look at the bill before you leave the store. Best prices for grocery at any No Frills store.

A compacted shop with almost everything you need. The staff is friendly, and I do find interesting offers from time to time. I found this hidden gem when I was exploring the best place to find groceries in the area, and by far it is one of my favourites.

Very good deals the last time I was there. I go when I have time to find the individually discounted stickeres items.

This store is clean and well organized. Most of all, I encountered an employee who wasn't shy to take his time for helping me out. Also when I got free groceries from redeeming my points,the cashier lady was happy for me sincerely. It was a pleasant shopping experience.

Best overall prices, it is Superstore. But only dif between No frills & Superstore are the meat products. I have come across old goin moldy bologny. Why they dont take it off the shelves at that point I dont kno. And Ive found its best to cook the meats that same day. But honestly nowadays I find that issue almost anywheres. Meats dont last long in freezer, unless one uses the air tight storage system. Here at no frills meats dont last long in freezer. At least they do support the price matching. Fruits n vegs are great! Better than save on & safeway. They have a wide selection of products too. Plus the fact I always find better cheaper prices. Gotta like that!

Good produce and grocery with affordable prices. The produce is much better than cheaper options such as Walmart.

I go to this grocery by chance , but it’s really a good one and prices are fair enough.

Prices are decent. Staff are friendly. Shop here for my groceries, but it is only a medium size store so I have to go to other places sometimes for specific things. Has a green aisle.
